I'm reading some of these reviews just shaking my head!! This place is amazing, my dog, starts jumping for joy when he sees me packing his day care bag in the morning! He practically pulls me inside when we get there! They have different play groups based on size and temperaments and go out for 45 minute sessions... not too long not too short and the dogs rest in between. I bought a gift certificate there.. you can never get an appointment. There's always weird reasons that they can't accommodate you. My dog did go once for boarding and came home smelling awful. I'd skip it! Penny's on front street does a good job read more

I kept trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt for boarding my dogs the last 2 years because I agree with the idea that dogs should have fun and socialize. I should have turned my back on "All Paws Inn" when I was taking my puppy there for socialization and she got kennel cough from another dog even though she had been vaccinated. That was upsetting enough, but then they locked my dog up and didn't allow her to relive herself for hours, and when I got there after work she pooped twice and peed for a very long time right outside the kennel - clearly she had been left without access to outside for the entire day. After that I only took my dog there for boarding. In the spring my dog and her puppy were there for boarding and the owner announced that if my dogs were going to be boarded there they had to both be fixed. The dogs were spayed and neutered, the puppy had to be 6 months old and was fixed before boarding, but then he was left in his own urine for 2 days - his white fur was stained so yellow that he didn't even come clean after 3 shampooing. My husband and I took pictures of him and called the owner to ask about the dog and he said the puppy peed and lay in it when he was picked up. He couldn't even speak honestly to us about what our poor dog went through the past 2 days. This place is horrible - the owners are just stroking their egos. Avoid this place like the plague if you love your dog. read more

I have a dog who was attacked in the 2011 flood. Gypsy is nervous around other dogs. The staff help her feel secure and she is able to have social time that has helped rebuild her trust. We are grateful for the good care given our Gypsy and Stella. Gypsy is all waggy going in and happy when she goes back. Our baby Stella is treated well too. I have taken Scrappy here many, many times, he is always well taken care of. They post daily photos on Facebook so you can see how your dog is doing. He comes home and is absolutely worn out from all the play time he gets there. They have always been accommodating to last minute changes. Highly recommend to everyone read more

Outside looks kinda run down. From the main road looks kinda shady. Inside kennels are clean. Office cramped and cluttered . Owners a little rude. Made off color jokes. They don't return phone calls. Overall not impressed for the distance it is from my house . Not worth it. read more

The husband was pretty rude on the phone to me and not reasonably prompt with his return phone calls. It is kind of a drive for me, so I will skip this one. read more

I was not pleased with the product that All Paws Inn offered, in part due to the fact that my dog was returned to me in a state that I deem unacceptable. He was lethargic, lost 4 pounds and had bad posture... which was not the way I left him before using their service. I cannot recommend for anyone to use the All Paws Inn. read more

We took our dog to All Paws Inn and sadly will never return. Our dog is wonderful, sweet and goofy-albeit not the best listener. When I went on FB the day she was there to look at the photos posted of playtime I saw that the All Paws Inn staff took the liberty to put an electric shock collar on our sweet girl- without ever notifying me or my husband, let alone asking our permission. I called them immediately to demand why this was happening. I got some BS response that she doesn't listen and they just wanted to use it to "get her attention". When I dropped our girl off for the first time I gave them a full back story of our rescued girl (who doesn't have a dominant/aggressive bone in her body) and was assured they were professionals and worked with all breeds and types of dogs. B/c she was having fun playing and didn't come when she was called they felt the need to shock her. I was then told if they can't use that method or keep her on a leash during play she can't be there. I went to pick her up and again let them know how irate I was to see this "tool" was being used simply bc I found a pic on FB, not bc they informed me of their practices. These people are not professionals and quite honestly can't be trusted. How on earth can you decide to use an electric shock collar on someone's pet without ever discussing this with them or even asking their permission. If they need this type of "tool" to manage a very manageable dog they have no business being in the pet sitting business. (* I have taken my girl to several day care facilities when I visit relatives out of the area and have NEVER had a complaint nor been told she wasn't welcome.). All Paws Inn is horrible. read more
