She also knows people at the vet school and was able to communicate her observations to them on my behalf. My step mother also boards her cat there and she loves the service. They have reasonable prices and offer perks like a free bath after a certain number of nights etc. Only the highest recommendation for this place! If you want to know your pet will be safe, happy and loved while you are away, these are the people for you.

I got my Maltese from a very wonderful rescue and he came from a terrible hoarding situation. The rescue did groom him but with so many dogs to clean up, the grooming was bare minimum. And Malteses need to be groomed regularly, or they get so tangled so I made an appointment for him. He was a little bit timid at first and I wasn't sure how he would do at the groomers. But Kathy took him out of my arms and he settled right into her. Dogs know who they can trust. He came out of there looking great and very happy. I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

The morning appt. went fine but the actual boarding ended up being a nightmare. The dogs both smelled DISGUSTING at the time of pick up and they were not acting themselves. When we got them home, one was vomiting for 1 1/2 days and the other had diarrhea for 5 days. Both dogs had to go to the vet and I ended up spending another $320 in vet bills and medication for a a bacterial infection in my dog's intestine. The vet reported that this would have happened if the dog was exposed or ingested to feces that contained the bacteria. I don't usually like to leave a negative review, but I would hate to see other dogs get as sick as mine did.

It's incredibly hard to find a groomer who does cats; this place does, and does it well. I have a…read moreMaine Coon with an incredibly thick coat and a tendency towards deep mats when he does his twice-yearly shed, and Pawfessional is the only place I'll take him to. The staff is friendly, and my cat comes back shampooed, de-matted, and trimmed down. They're always very responsive to any specific grooming requests, and he comes back happy and unharmed, which isn't always the case with other groomers I've taken him to. The facility is small, but the price is frankly cheap for excellent work. They've also been able to get me in very quickly, and they're excellent at doing what they can to accommodate the client's needs involving dropping the pet off and picking it up. I highly recommend them.
