Their head trainer Tara introduced me with their qualifications and I was extremely pleased and felt that Tara was the right person who could help me understand my dogs behaviors during training. I was very unsure about how to train my dog on my own, but Tara always reassured me to reach out whenever I needed to, so they too can monitor my dogs training. My dog was very shy and skittish outdoors but through training with Tara we were able to bring up his confidence and I am more comfortable taking him on walks without any pulling. Tara is also very knowledgeable on the e-collar which was the option I chose for training with my pup, and through her guidance I got comfortable using it as well, and showing my pup positivity surrounding it. He loves walks and being outdoors!! My dog wasn't fed on 2 separate occasions while attending daycare at this facility. Neither time did they make me aware of it when I picked him up at the end of the day. EPIC. FAIL. Yes, you did "own up to it" after I brought it to your attention each time. And yes, you delivered my lunch bag refund to me, only after I demanded to be refunded. You made no offers on your own. And as far as your timeline of 8 months, I'm not sure how long ago it was, but I know it happened, TWICE, and it shouldn't have! All Paws retreat cares and you see that by not only the investment in the building but by the staff upon entering. My dog loves going to daycare at All Paws! The staff are all very nice, and I like that the facility has lots of different rooms for different sizes and activity levels of dogs. They also have cameras where you can watch them live from home and they send pictures at the end of every visit. I've been taking my dogs there for awhile now. I think first it was for grooming and then we started doing some daycare. Ali is a great groomer and she always does it the way I like. There was a girl, she may have been newer, I can't be sure, but one of my dogs ended up looking what could only be described as a Q-tip. Real fluffy head, short body. Now I will say Poppy was tangled and taking it shorter was needed, that's fine, I'm ok with that, but the transition from head to body was a bit too obvious for my taste. Ali had switched her weekend schedules up, so she wasn't available and Poppy has lots of fur so she takes awhile. After that girl, we scheduled with Aaminah, who was better, she evened Poppy up but her head was still a bit too fluffy compared to the rest of her body. Last grooming session was with Ali and she did great as usual, and I was glad to be able to schedule with her again. I'm sure the other 2 groomers are great groomers and are talented in their work, but I do prefer Ali when working with Poppy. Gatsby usually gets whoever is available because he usually just gets a bath and deshedded. No complaints there. Overall grooming at All Paws has been great, with a couple hiccups, but it's fine, hair grows back right? Gatsby loves Daycare. He loves the people he loves other dogs, he is a social butterfly and will tell ANYONE his life story whether they want to hear it or not. He gets really excited when he realizes where we pulled in and will immediately start whining to go inside. Poppy is a little more reserved but her first daycare session went well according to staff, so I was pleased by it. Today was her 2nd day at daycare, and I'm sure everything was fine as well. I will say today's daycare was an extremely last minute request due to noises happening in the house that was going off. It was stressing the dogs out to the max and today was already waitlisted. I put in a not with my reservation and I got at text around 6-something AM saying they were confirmed to come in, and I was SO RELIEVED! I was able to get people to come out to my house to fix the problem and the dogs could play stress free for the day. I am VERY appreciative of All Paws for allowing them to come in so last minute. I can't wait to see the photos from today's playtime. Boarding might be next, I'm not sure haha, but I can say that grooming and daycare are going very well for my dogs and we love the staff members there! Thank you All Paws! I love that she let me know a bit before she was done so that I could pick him up without him going back to his play room (I also had him in half day daycare that day). I cannot recommend this place enough, they are AMAZING!!! The staff are personable and professional, as well as excellent at their jobs. They are extremely attentive to the dogs they care for, even letting me know if my dog just seems a little off on a given day. They're also very careful about interactions between dogs. My dog absolutely loves going to daycare and "sleepovers" (boarding) here. He's ridiculously high-maintenance, and they always go above and beyond to take care of him. They'll even spoon-feed him his dinner if he's refusing to eat, which is more than he gets at home! read more

Cannot recommend All Paws enough! I would seriously give 10 stars if I could. The staff is all super friendly, the facilities are beautiful, the only down side is it can be tough to book an appointment sometimes (because everyone loves them!) We just moved to Columbus and our dog was in desperate need of a goooood grooming session. She has played wild all summer and we neglected to comb out her fur for a good part of it. She's a Bernese Mountain Dog and she had some pretty good mats in her chest and rear section. She also gets super anxious in a bath and whimpers the whole time while trying to escape. Ally was our groomer and I'm telling you, that girl deserves a raise! She did an INCREDIBLE job on our pup and she looked like a whole, new dog! She was happy as can be and her coat was shiny and mat-free! We were so impressed Ally was able to do it completely by herself, it usually takes me and my boyfriend together to bathe her and we still struggle with it. Additionally, the staff is SO communicative! They texted me once I booked the appointment to confirm, then even texted me updates of how our dog was doing throughout the appointment. They told us when she was being a little anxious but they assured us there was no need to worry, they were very patient with her and even went over the allotted time to accommodate her anxiety. Afterwards, they texted us a full profile overview with her photos and Ally's notes of how she did during her appointment. The icing on the cake? SO AFFORDABLE. A dog her size usually costs no less than $100 for a full groom where we're from, this whole thing (even with extra time) only cost $65. We were shocked. This is definitely our new favorite place! We have been so impressed with this facility and it's staff! Oliver is always exhausted after a full day of daycare. The BEST dog daycare. There's a reason they were at capacity for so long & are extended the facility to welcome more pups. Your first time is a meet and greet and you get a feel for how it works. They have multiple rooms for different temperament dogs. And an outdoor area. They have live cameras so you can watch your dog play! You can do a half day for 5 hours or a full day and pick up is by 7pm on weekdays. They also do grooming and exit baths so your pup smells clean when they leave for the day. I've also boarded my dog and they get all day to play and get tired before boarding up for the night. The best place in Columbus I highly recommend this place!! We were scheduled for a grooming about a month ahead of time. 4 days before the appointment they wanted all of the shot records. Our dog is up to date on everything but we couldn't find a copy of one of the shots. We did not have time to go and get a shot before the appointment. The rude guy that answers the phone would not let us speak to anybody and he had know idea what he was talking about. We were loyal customers but we will never go back. read more

Really can't recommend this facility enough! We took our 7 month puppy to level one obedience training with Kelly. She did all positive reinforcement training with all the dogs, the class size was small, we got a lot of attention and a lot of practice plus the added benefit of training with distractions in the class. The facility is really nice and clean. After trying multiple trainers who used negative reinforcement and prong collars, we love APR and will be back for level 2! read more

I love taking my pup Willie to All Paws. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, always excited to see Willie (which makes me feel right at ease!). They have live-cams that provides entertainment for me at work, they provide daily photos and report cards. Tara has trained him on an e-collar which has literally been life changing for him. Yesterday we had him groomed for the first time and he looks fabulous! I took last summer and tried six daycares. All Paws was the last one I tried and I knew right away it was the place for us. First, they gave us a tour of the facility, then we got a doggy bag when she left. The doggy bag had her picture, a ball, and treats. They definitely know how to get the dog moms and reel them in. Then they send you a "report card" with pictures from the day. Omg I'm done. I look forward to it every day. Now add in their new bus for drop off and pick up, my dog loves it.
