We finally found our daycare! Having moved from out of state, we were looking for the perfect daycare for our baby dog and Fetch is IT. Our pup has been going to daycare since he was 16 weeks old (couple times a week) mainly for socialization or whenever we were working/out of town so he's very social and friendly. He's 3 years old now. Prior to this, we had found a daycare that was under 10 minutes away from our home, but every time we'd pick him up, he didn't seem tired (like he'd normally be after daycare), he started developing different behavioral problems at the dog park (very new, he's frequently around other dogs) and he was becoming highly anxious. I knew something was up. I pulled him from that daycare and gave Fetch a call. The staff at Fetch made us feel welcome and assured me that they had a large space, lots of staff members so the dogs were sure to be safe and just enough structure so the dogs wouldn't get into trouble - yet nothing too crazy since it's a daycare after all. They also offer training as well! The other plus is they do offer curbside pickup/dropoff if you need it. Fetch is 20 minutes from home and we make the effort to go here several times a week because our pup loves it here - his face lights up when we pull up to the building. Thank you!! read more

We love Fetch! Our little Maltese spends a good amount of time here since we travel a lot and can't always bring him, and it is great knowing he is in good hands. They are so sweet, and I think he has fun (the last few times I dropped him off he scratched at their door to be let in, instead of hiding behind me like he used to do). I love that he gets to play and socialize so much with other small dogs. The best part of Fetch is how easy and painless the drop off and pick up process is. They always know who we are and are ready to bring him back - no paperwork, waiting, standing around, etc. it's really great when you're rushing to the airport! Fetch came highly recommended to me and well my 1st impression was less then satisfactory. I was surprised I really didn't get any info when I dropped my dog off for her 1st visit evaluation. I was hoping for at least a tour or talked with of what to expect from this facility while my dog was there. They don't have cameras which to me is a sign of what are they hiding, as I like to check in on my dog while at a facility to see what she's doing or to see if she's playing with the other dogs. Another thing I noticed at the time of drop off & pick up was the intense smell of all I can assume was ammonia from dog urination as it was intense enough to make me feel sick to my stomach, For these reasons I'm giving Fetch a 3 star rating. I have been using Fetch daily for day are for around 7-8 months now, and I love this place, as do my dogs. I have an APBT and a Yorkie and they both love coming here, and are tired when they get home (a tired pup is a happy pup). The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, great to work with when I'm going to be a few minutes late from picking up. I have no qualms about bringing my dogs here. I've not one time, had a negative interaction while taking my dogs here, and I always recommend it to everyone who's looking for a place for their dogs to spend the day. I have not used their training yet, but plan on doing so in the coming months, as well as their boarding. Their prices are fantastic, the staff is wonderful, the hours are great. They were shut down due to overcrowding, inadequate water, potential abuse, and unvaccinated dogs. Now I know why my dogs were so so thirsty after their trial day there... It absolutely shocks me that people continue taking their dogs here after the shut down. I feel sick thinking about what my dogs may have went through the one day I took them there. i love when my dog Murphy goes there whether its day care or boarding. i like to call it doggy heaven. They get to run around loose they have options of inside or outside. and when they board they have their own longrun. Ive had my pup there a few times extended stay 2 weeks and some overnights and some daycare. and he always comes home with a wagging tail, and he passes out and sleeps like a baby! Prices are great! The employees there are always sweet. i always end up on the phone with Keegan. Hes so nice and sweet and my murphy loves going up to him when he takes him back to play!!! they are always attentive when you call when you board and you ask how is your pup. he has an extended stay coming up in 2 weeks. read more

My family and our three Rotties found ourselves in a pinch when we couldn't get a boarding spot at our vet during the holidays. FETCH not only found room for us, but really treated our dogs like family. One of our pups even had a sore paw that they took extra care of to keep dry and healing while we were away. My 2 pups stayed there for 12 days. On the day I picked them up there were an insane amount of dogs. Way too many for that space. But, my biggest issue - when I picked them up, one of my pups was super skinny - scary skinny. I didn't pay for the daily report card but I absolutely expect a phone call if my dog is not eating. Fetch! I love you! We are from out it town visiting and you would actually take our sweet dog for day care. All the others told me I needed an interview for my dog. I have been to many doggie daycares over the years. The owners and staff at Fetch show true love and compassion for my dog Harley. The facilities are also well maintained and clean. I am flabbergasted to hear how the City of South Salt Lake is treating Fetch. One star rating for the City! What happened to due process? Not sure who at South Salt Lake is pushing this agenda but they have clearly overstepped their powers. I'd like to see some accountability and answers to who and why? read more

My scout always gets 5 star treatment here. Never do I have to worry that he is not taken care of. The only down side is there are not a lot of small dogs for him to hang with. He gets plenty of exercise and always comes back to me fresh and clean. He gets so excited to come here. And their staff is so knowledgeable. I will always bring scout here!! read more

Sent my dog here for grooming and she came back reverse sneezing, which she's never done before, possibly from inhaling something in the air. They also shaved her way to close on her stomach, and now she has a painful patch of scratched up skin. Do not send your dog here for grooming. read more

Unprofessional beyond belief. Not worth it. Not trustworthy. We have been taking our business elsewhere and will never resort to this place ever again. I recommend not wasting your time and looking outside of this business for overnight stays. I can't speak for daycare only or grooming (sort of, they always forgot to clip our dog's nails when we brought her). They don't own up to their mistakes and come up with excuses to dismiss the unprofessional behaviors. Keep in mind all the five stars here are from 6+ months ago. read more

My dog was so happy and amped to play at this faculty with the other pups. They showed up to pick her up right on time and Tony was very sweet with her as sometimes she's a little shy at first. I'm thrilled to have found this and the door to door pick up and drop off is the bomb. Great service and dog-loving people! Oh, and they send me some photos of her stay as well. I love you, Fetch! Every person who works at Fetch is so kind and incredible with all of the dogs. My sweet Oliver is a crazy hyper German Shepherd, and I've always worried about leaving him with someone else, but the folks at Fetch are absolutely incredible. He gets to burn off all of his energy with all of his furry friends in a cage-free environment, while I know he is monitored and safe. Can't sing enough praise! read more

Fetch is great! My girlfriend has been taking her great Dane/boxer mix here for a few weeks now and he loves it. Additionally the staff is always great about keeping the dogs safe and introducing them well to avoid any dangerous situations. Only complaint is that they don't have 1/2 day prices. Will definitely keep coming when we need to, however. read more

This place is great! I left my puppy for about a week and I was a little nervous, but the staff was very friendly and not afraid to play with my crazy pup! I could tell that she had so much fun, and I definitely appreciated how clean it was. I would absolutely recommend that anyone bring their dogs... just be ready for them to come home completely tired! I agree with another commenter that half-day pricing would be awesome, but I will keep bringing my dog when I need to! read more

Had a bad experience with the owner and former breeder at FETCH. I adopted a sweet girl from her and the introduction was apparently not enough time to see the trials I had ahead of me. The poor thing had to have been abused, so bad that I can't even leash her without her peeing in fear. I was told she was submissive but didn't realize what it really came out to be. I was promised vet vaccine paperwork and paid extra for the akc paperwork to be sent over. Little did I realize she would drag it on and decide I didn't need it. The dog was showing weird behavior after a couple days of being home, she seemed like she adjusted well so far and having diarrhea was normal from stress of a new home. She got better (what it seemed) after a couple more days she spiraled and now I'm out thousands, vet bills to help and stable a very sick lifeless motionless beautiful dog that I'm hoping will make it out of this. I tried contacting the owner and she has blocked my number, so my ability to contact her is not happening. The emotional stress and attachment to a new family member and knowing how sick she is, has been enough for me to write this review. That I was given a sweet dog that I didn't know that would maybe no longer be physically here anymore. read more
