I was thrilled to find Jennifer that trains with reward and not pain or fear. When we began classes with her my puppy could not be left alone in a crate for 5 minutes without him trying to eat through the bars. If he was left out of the crate,he ate my door jambs and even my Sheetrock. From 6 months old to 9 months old her classes and instructions have totally changed my pup. I can now leave him at home in a crate with him being relaxed and take him on walks with me being able to relax. Her ideas for mental stimulation worked wonders. I would highly recommend Jennifer's classes and one on one training.

I showed them my phone message and they said they still needed to see the other. I told them if they had twenty minutes, I'd go home and exchange, which I did. They next appointment, they told me I wasn't on the books. Again, I showed them my phone. They said if I would wait, they'd work me in. I waited. The next visit, I forgot and never heard from them. They probably didn't even know. Now, I've been calling for several weeks and they wouldn't return my call. Finally, week before last, the receptionist did and promised to call me first thing Monday to book me an appointment for both dogs. By today, I was sufficiently worried enough about Coco to just get up and take her there. They refused me. The twit tech followed me to the parking lot to tell me they'd get me in this week, which I told him wasn't good enough. I call the receptionist the "B" word and the twit told me I was fired as a patient. As if I'd ever go back! TERRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A VET!!!

They noticed our male cat had a urininary blockage and Dr. Flaherty came in on the weekend to surgically unblock him. They allowed us to visit and play with them and I can assure you all of the other cats in boarding were healthy and happy. The staff really love their boarders and it's evident anytime you stop by. We also use them as our vet and we highly recommend Dr. Flaherty! Since they specialize in cats they've found (common feline) problems our previous vet missed.

For 3+ days, 2x per day visit seems more appropriate so the kids do not get too lonely (they love people). A few trips were unplanned so my requests were last minute and Keri (owner) was always very accommodating. It's hard to take trips with fur kids, but it makes me feel so much better knowing they are looking after them. I love the emails describing the visit (and sometimes photos too!). The kids always seem calm, happy, and well-fed when I return. I just received an email that Paws is expanding and now offering overnights - which I may take advantage of in the future!

I took my boy Darby to this Groomer last Friday and I'll not be returning. They did a great job…read moregrooming Darby but when he came home, his eye was cut on the corner. I wish I could post the photograph's of it. I had to return last Saturday to pick up Darby's collar, because he wears a harness, they accidentally forgot to put Darby's collar on. I told them about the cut. They told me, "Oh yeah, I should have mentioned it. I believe it was a scab." Darby has never had any scabs on his eyes ever. I wash his face all the time. Now a week later, I just left the vet, who confirmed it was a cut and my boy needed antibiotic cream/eyedrops. Now $80.00 for the groomer and $80.00 to the vet today and Darby has to go back to the vet next week.

The obedience classes are great if you want to learn how to train your dog. They do not train your…read moredog, they teach you the steps needed to be successful on your own. I was happy with the Beginners Obedience class we took here. Sure you could do it on your own but the hands on approach is so much more effective, it was for me anyway. The class size was reasonable (about 8 dogs) we never lacked attention. The head trainer and at least one assistant were always available and quite helpful. Beginners obedience is just that, the basics...sit, stay, come, down, helpful leash walking tips etc. They recently put in a swimming pool which you could rent by the hour or sign up for personal training sessions and they offer agility classes which look like so much fun. I think this is a pretty cool place and while the pricing is not inexpensive it seems to be the standard rate when it comes to dog training.

Throughout her life, they were there for everything, from routine checkups and vaccinations to urgent situations that required same-day treatment. No matter what she needed, they consistently provided prompt, knowledgeable, and compassionate care. Storm was the sweetest cat, but she definitely gave them a hard time. The staff were endlessly patient with her and somehow managed to keep her calm enough to limit her protests to meowing, growling, and "angrily eating Churus." The ladies at the front desk have always been kind and welcoming, and the technicians consistently took the time to explain treatment plans, medications, and recommendations so that I always felt informed and supported. As Storm entered her senior years and developed health issues, including hyperthyroidism, the team helped us manage her conditions and maintain her quality of life for as long as possible. Their guidance, monitoring, and dedication allowed her to enjoy many joyful years that we might not otherwise have had together. They never treated her like just another patient. They recognized her well and were happy to see her. And when it was finally time to say goodbye, they were extraordinary. I had hoped to let her go at home, but due to the rapid progression of brain cancer and the lack of availability for an at-home appointment, Crossroads was there when we needed them most. They provided the most intentional and compassionate end-of-life care I could have hoped for. It never felt like a "scary day at the vet." Instead, it felt more like hospice care for a beloved family member, carried out with love, dignity, and respect. They also created a beautiful keepsake with Storm's paw prints and a place for her photo, and we received a card signed by the entire staff offering condolences and sharing kind words about her. Those gestures meant more to me than I can express and were a reflection of how deeply the staff cares for both their patients and their families. Dr. Tovrea and Dr. King are exceptional veterinarians who have earned my complete trust. They cared for Storm throughout her long life and helped guide my partner, Hayden, and me through one of the hardest days a pet owner can possibly imagine. We will continue to trust them with any future furry family members. In fact, they recently connected us with a beautiful baby boy kitten who needed a home and turns out to be the perfect addition to our family. Hayden loved Storm as his own and was by her side through her golden years, so it means a great deal to both of us to have another beloved companion to raise and welcome into our home. Then they said it would be a month for scheduling him in. We'll i called and asked when are you scheduling him? They said oh we thought you were going to have ATL do it for you? I never said that! They told be it would be $500 total initially but when I asked to schedule it she said it was going to be $500!!! So I then said...so why was the first check up to ensure he was healthy enough cost me $300??? So you mean to tell me it would cost $800 to neuter my 7 month old cat??? I asked her do you think thats reasonable? She was a complete robot....no emotions. I will never go here and warn others to avoid this place by all means!!
