First time coming into the store. A friend had gotten a cake for her doggo and it looked good enough to eat. The girl that helped me was super nice. I opted to get the muffin style birthday cake and some cookies. Got some small treats they have out on the table.

I love (and I can't stress this enough) this place! Everyone here is pretty friendly for the most part. It took awhile for me to be greeted in the beginning but they have gotten better about it. BUT the reason I kept coming to this place is for their huge variety of awesome treats, unique toys and everything in between. They even get inventory from local people! They have started doing more and more bundles for holidays and just because, which is awesome. If you want to support local shops and don't mind the prices (that's just shopping local, it's expensive) then definitely come to this place!!!

So stinking cute! They are so sweet and patient. They helped me choose colors and different cookie designs. They had such a variety to choose from and it was all affordable!

Stopped by for the first time with my wife and teenage daughter to take a look. My first impression is that this is a very clean, well-maintained store dedicated to assist you with your doggie obsession. I've never seen things like birthday cakes for dogs or homemade doggie treats. But overall it was a very enjoyable 20 mins that I spent within the store. My family even purchased a baggie of the homemade treats, and our pets LOVE THEM! All natural, people food prepared for "man's best friend".

In case you are a dog owner without a clue, dogs live for three things (In my opinion. Ha! Opinion, now it can't be wrong!): 1. Food 2. Camaraderie 3. Sleep If you could ask a dog, he/she would probably tell you that food is the most important thing. 3 Dogs and A Chick is a great place to look out for your dog's diet. This is a great place to get healthier dog foods, treats, toys, and most of your dog's needs. I was really impressed by their freshly made treats and snacks made with all-natural, unprocessed ingredients. Just remember, everything in moderation! Gotta keep that pooch's midsection looking svelte!

I took my dog here yesterday for her 10th Birthday!!!! She loved it, picked out some toys and treats, and we even got a cupcake cookie from their bakery. I will definitely be going back!

Best place ever. I wish I knew it existed earlier so all my kids could have a birthday cake. It's clean and well organized. The staff is super friendly to my fur kids. I don't care so much about me, but if a business is nice to my fur babies then I'll go to that place. This place will be my new destination for my shopping for my kiddos. The birthday cakes are so cute and my babes loved them!! Got one for the first time for my 1 year old Aussiedor. It's a bit expensive but that's what you pay for good quality. I got my aussiedor a stuffed alligator toy that I knew she would destroy and she hasn't. Love this place.

They even carry it to my car for me :-) The best part of this store is their dog bakery.

The phone experience was honestly terrible from the start. The employee who answered didn't introduce themselves or even greet me properly. They pretty much just answered the phone with "PetSmart" and that was it. I asked if the store sold rabbits, and the woman on the phone sounded annoyed and simply said "no." I then asked if she had any recommendations on where I could go instead, and instead of being helpful, the conversation basically ended there. I said "okay, thanks," and she hung up immediately. I understand stores may not carry certain animals, but basic customer service and phone etiquette go a long way. If answering simple questions from customers is that irritating, maybe don't put that person on the phones.

In the last few months, things have really gone downhill, and it's gotten to the point where l'm going to take my business elsewhere. The only reasons I haven't done so are because I'm a VIPP, which gives me 3x the points due to my spending, and it's the closest location to me, making it convenient. Over the last few months, the customer service has been basically nonexistent. I place several orders online multiple times a week, and every time I arrive to pick them up, I have to wait and wait. I eventually end up walking inside to get my order because they never come out. Half the time, they can't find my order, even when it's clearly right in front of them. I've also been told they don't have my order or know where it is. Additionally, I've seen employees standing around when nobody's even in the store, while I'm waiting for them to bring my order to the car. They look clueless as to what's going on. When they are busy which is often they look like they're running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Why are 10 people in one line when the employees look to be chatting it up while the one cashier is clearly overwhelmed ? I believe the employee turnaround is the contributing factor with everything thats going on! They have new people who don't have a clue what's going on and some don't appear to even want to learn the job. It's basically the blind leading the blind! I completely understand there is a learning curve with any job but something needs to be done. Not to mention them giving me wrong items or the quality of the items. As I stated before I don't enjoy writing this review but it's gotten to the point where this needs to be addressed. I know I can't be the only one who's noticed a steady decline. When my husband has picked up orders for me recently even he has noticed and said something to me about it! I'd like to add he NEVER complains about anything! Do better Petsmart because you are losing my business and I'm sure many others are disappointed and dissatisfied. Also, thank you to the few employees who are amazing and go above and beyond.

When I approached her while she was stocking shelves to ask for assistance getting a fish from one of the tanks, she seemed bothered that I was interrupting her. She then scowled as she interacted with me and my 12 year old son and badgered us about the fish he wanted and how it wasn't right for our tank, which she was completely incorrect. I have had this same tank since I was 12 (I'm 63 now) and have had a number of the exact same type of fish in it w/o issue. She never smiled, never greeted us with any pleasantries, and stormed off to the front registers with the fish. When I asked her if she was having a bad day and informed her that her customer service was lacking, she simply walked away to get another associate, Tina. Tina was pleasant and apologetic, but also interrogated us about our fish tank and what fish we have in it. It seemed like she was trying to validate Tiffany's poor demeanor with trying to prove her right. I have been shopping at this store for over a decade and have to say that this was the worst customer service experience I have had there. Not sure that I will return...There are other pet stores in FWB that I am sure would welcome my business and treat me like a "customer"!

PLEASE! PLEASE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO NOAH'S BARK AND PURRS!…read more On 17 May, at 8:55 a.m. , I took our little 18 month old Shih Tzu/ Bichon Frise' mix, to Noah's Bark and Purrs to be groomed. He was matted but not horribly. I was told by Stormy that he would have to be shaved down, and i was also asked to sign a waiver, because shaving mats can cause or reveal injuries. Stormy stated that pictures would be taken to show how he was matted, after being shaved. At 1:47 p.m. , I texted to see how our little fur baby was doing, Stormy replied that he was doing well and that they would call shortly. After being notified to pick up our baby, when arrived Stormy came out later and began showing me the pictures. Not one time did she mention his injury, as she was scrolling through the pictures, I saw the pic with our baby and a bloody cut on the left cranial region. She explained that this happens when a dog is matted and gets shaved. Then, she brought out our little fella. He had this glue substance over his cut and it was still bloody around the area. She stated that she didn't realize that she had injured him because he didn't make a sound. She stated that our little baby was okay and that I should take him home and let him rest, because she had spoken with the Vet about his injury and that the Vet instructed her to cover our little fella with the glue substance. We later learned that the Vet was not working, but has been retired for several years. I told her that I would like for our fur baby to be seen by his Vet, to take a look at his injury. Stormy stated that it was not necessary; because he's going to be fine and that I would incur a Vet bill. I don't understand why she said that she didn't hear him make a sound when he ended up receiving 5 stitches- believe our poor baby yelped with an injury as such. First, I was NEVER notified, prior to picking him up, that our poor baby had incurred an injury during grooming. I did not realize he was injured until I saw the pictures. Secondly, Stormy made excuses that this is something that happens, and she never did apologize- only more excuses, and how she has 20 years experience. Thirdly, if it was a serious injury why would she called a Retired Vet for instructions and why wasn't we notified. Upon leaving Noah's Bark and Purrs, I immediately went straight to our baby's Vet, despite Stormy suggesting that I take him home to rest, upon arrival, his Vet, I explained what happened and they took him immediately and begin treating him. He was clipped and clean around the area, and soak the glue to remove it. Not to mentioned, our baby required FIVE STITCHES! We are so furious as to how this occurred from shaving a matted pet, and he was not severely matted! If I taken our fur baby home, he could incurred a serious infection and GOD knows what else. He also had a temperature of 101. I'm positive it was from the injury and stress which Stormy and her 20 years' experience incurred.
