They are hands down one of the best veterinarian offices we have ever been to. The staff at All Pets are always friendly and genuinely seem to care about us and our dogs. Dr. Bowers and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Over the years, we have had the experience of bringing our three dogs to numerous different veterinarians while we were living in Arizona. We never felt as though they truly cared about us or our dogs, rather we felt as though when they looked at us, it was with dollar signs in their eyes. We found All Pets when we moved to Drexel Hill in 2016 and we were completely blown away! We had never been to a veterinary office that showed so much genuine care and concern for both us and our dogs. Dr. Bowers is an exceptional veterinarian who is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, kind, and thorough. She is passionate about her work and takes great care of our dogs as though they were her own. Both Dr. Bowers and her staff take the time to actually get to know you. Dr. Bowers asks questions and more importantly, takes the time to listen to our concerns. to the people who wrote an untrue review about all pet vets. first and foremost this office is very clean and the entire staff is very courteous. your judgement is where it is and you rather go elsewhere and pay more money, where you live? and you only went there because it's close to your house. REALLY stop bashing when you are so wrong. go elsewhere there are plenty of veterinarian offices in Delaware county and maybe you will be satisfied. dr. bowers received her veterinarian degree from the best school you can attend and not everyone is accepted there. she is very very knowledgeable and loves every patient she sees. you can just tell how warm and caring she is. read more

I chose All Pets Vet because I knew they could take care of my 2 cats AND my turtle, red eared slider. They have been great to all of my pets! They are always thorough and kind and follow up with all necessary information and test results. They even allowed me to bring in a cat that I was watching for an elderly friend. And that cat was sick, but with help from All Pets Vets, he got healthy quickly. I'm grateful for the job they do. I've been going here for a few years and have always forgotten to review. I was at a chain vet beforehand and was unhappy with the service, so tried a small office more local to me. I am so glad I did. I have had nothing but excellent care from Dr. Bowers and her staff. My dog is always anxious at appointments and they are so good with him. I have recommended All Pets and will continue to do so. We have had routine appointments and surgery here and everything was clearly communicated and they were so good with my dog. read more

Worst customer service of all time. Unprofessional doesn't even cut it. The Dr. Takes no responsibility. I should have known from the google reviews that that location was trash. I still chose to use it due to the distance from my home. I would rather pay more for better service. I haven't even MET the vets in person yet and I am so impressed! My dog was sick last week and I couldn't get an appt. anywhere (our regular vet was only doing well vistis). All Pets saw Hobbes right away, gave me excellent advice over the phone and in person (in the parking lot), and have followed up quickly with my emails in the days since. Everyone was so friendly, from the receptionist to the tech to the vet. This will absolutely be our vet hospital for both of our dogs from here on out. Highly recommend them. read more

Dr. Bowers was so kind and helpful in giving my pet bird the best care. The staff is so kind and I felt very comfortable trusting them with my pet. They were willing to work with me with times I could come in and asked me a bunch of good questions so they could get as much information on my bird as they can in their notes. Dr. Bowers and the whole staff at All Pets Vet in Drexel Hill were authentically kind and caring toward our 6 Conure parrots when we brought them in one recent evening to have them examined for health certificates prior to traveling interstate. Demonstrating infinite patience, Dr. Bowers gently and thoroughly examined each bird, one by one, filed beaks/claws and clipped wings as well. As she proceeded with her work she educated me to facts about birds that I never knew about before. All of our birds came out with a certified clean bill of health and wings safely clipped for the trip. We are home now, safe and sound, and as I reflect on the experience I am so glad that Dr. Bowers and the staff were there for us when we needed them. I don't know how ppl can take this hospital! Clearly they are too busy to see you pet. You have to schedule you appointment at least a month advance. However, If you did that, there is also a possibility that you won't see the doctor. I understand you only have one doctor. But if you have something happen to your pets they will always asked do you want to treat it as a emergency?! Okay, everyone knows the emergence fees is higher than the regular visit. I went to Dr. Bowers when she still worked at Radnor Vet and I couldn't wait for her to open All Pets Vet after she left Radnor. She is, in my opinion, a miracle worker. She is not only great for annual exams and vaccinations, but if your pet is sick, she is the best vet to go to! She has proven herself to me and my pets time and time again (with dogs, cats, turtles and bunnies). I never feel rushed and she explains everything very well. Her office is also great with communicating via email and calling back if you have any questions about something. I appreciate that they are so easy to get ahold of and talk to and the answer is NOT always to bring your pet in if it isn't necessary, which saves money. We travel 30 minutes (sometimes more depending on traffic), and we feel that it's well worth the extra miles. read more
