We had them out to fix a boiler on our property. They came out and fixed the initial problem but damaged another portion of the boiler. We figured they'd cover it under their "1 year warranty on labor". Nope. After calling and talking to them they explicitly stated that they don't cover anything that they damage when they do a repair besides the exact repair itself. This is awful service, and an awful way to stand behind your paying customers. read more

These guys were great. Had issues on and off with my AC since last year. The other company who did work on it last year, kept making all these excuses for why what they did didn't work. So, I decided to get a second opinion. I knew I liked Manuel even before I met him when he followed up to make an appointment during a holiday weekend. He was also really easy to talk to and didn't mind going through different options. Eventually we decided to replace the unit. The crew came out for the install and his dad took the time to explain things thoroughly to me. His prices are very competitive as they try to keep costs low and don't mark up much for equipment costs. When they opened things up and saw the AC coils inside, they noticed they were in really good shape and recommended they not be replaced and instead discounted the costs of them. They did a thorough cleaning and tested to make sure they were in good shape. But, their best quality is how knowledgeable they are, yet they don't talk down to you. They are the experts but they want you to feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Manny at All Phase is our go-to for all HVAC issues. Gets the job done properly and sticks to his estimate which is typically below the prices stated by the other guys. He's quick to communicate and flexible with time. Pretty much everything you want but rarely find. Thus far, he's put in a brand new water heater and tuned up both our furnace and AC condenser. His exceptional, thorough work has kept both of these older units in great working order and our utility bills in check. He's recommended replacing the furnace and AC but doesn't push. We always feel like he has our best interests and budget in mind. He even gave us step by step instructions on how to check our sump pump instead of charging to inspect it. One thing to keep im mind is that he keeps his business lean to keep overhead down and pass the savings on to his customers. For me, that meant paying up from for the water heater, then paying him separately for the installation. It's not what I'm used to, but I was able to pay the appliance store directly (over the phone) which meant there was no markup! That's a good deal in my book. All in all, if you give Manny a call, he'll take fantastic care of you and your home at a very affordable price. Reliable, polite and very knowledgeable...despite the fact that he's a young dude! My house was built 15 years ago, and my upstairs air conditioning stopped working last week. I called a DIFFERENT HVAC company and they sent out a kid who smirked while he charged me over $700 to put 2 lbs of refrigerant into the system. We both knew he was taking advantage of me, and we both knew there was nothing I could do about it...it was over 85 degrees and we needed A/C. After 2 days the A/C stopped working again so they sent out another guy who said all the refrigerant had leaked out and I needed to buy a whole new system. He proceeded to quote me an exorbitant amount of money for a new system. That's when I picked up the phone and called Manny at All Phase Appliance. What a totally different experience. Manny explained what my options were and was very easy to talk to. He explained that he does not mark up the parts that he installs, he only charges for labor. This made a huge difference in his quote verses the other guys. I was able to replace BOTH the upstairs and downstairs systems (furnace, AC, everything) for just a little bit more money than the other company quoted me for just one system. Oh, and he installed everything in less than 2 business days from my first phone call. I could not be more pleased with this experience. Manny is a bright, hardworking, responsible, honest young man who does excellent work for a fair price. He even fixed a small water leak while he was here that had absolutely nothing to do with the HVAC system....he just did it out of the kindness of his heart. We called All Phase Appliance when an inspection report on our new home uncovered a gas leak. While Manuel Sr. Was prompt in his response and addressed the leak, what he did NOT tell us was that in doing so, he had disconnected gas to our fireplace. When called back to address our now non-functional fireplace, he told us it would be an additional $650.00 to restore it. Clearly nobody would wish a leak to be fixed at the expense of functionality of their fireplace. Manuel's unwillingness to make us whole left us feeling taken advantage of. Very disappointed! I recently had Manny up to my house to repair a squealing noise coming from my furnace. He spent one hour at my house and did a small amount of cleaning, commenting the furnace was already reasonably clean. He spent very little time servicing the furnace - waited for furnace to start up, a couple of short phone calls, and chit chat. He recommended I replace the two motors while still under warranty (his install would run me $1200). I called the Carrier Furnace man I purchased the unit from and he was incredulous. In all the years has sold these furnaces, he had never heard of these fans going out before a minimum of 15 years. He was appalled at the $250 service bill I received from All Phase Appliance Company for a "repair" with NO parts. Beware! read more
