Him and his helper came on time and spent over 2 hours cleaning vent and removing 10 gallons of water that built up in the pipes due to the condensation . "Papa" Joe and his crew are a true blessing as they helped us in our time of need. We suffered a minor electrical fire that was compounded by the ensuing smoke and water damage. In the initial hours following the fire, half a dozen "restoration" companies descended upon us looking for business. FDNY had just entered the premises as two competing reps approached us on the sidewalk to give us their sales pitch. I've never had the misfortune of swimming in open water and being encircled by man-eating sharks; but there is a relatable feeling when sales reps come knocking as firemen are breaking windows to vent out smoke.
