After requesting quotes on Yelp, I got a slew of phone calls from different companies asking if I wanted to make an appointment for an estimate. At 8pm, Nick called and instead of pitching himself to do the repair, he gave us some suggestions as to what the problem could be and how to fix it. Following Nick's suggestion, we made a quick trip to Home Depot, bought the $40 piece, replaced the broken piece. The fix took less than ten minutes and just as Nick had said, the furnace was working again! Never, in my 29 years of home ownership, has a service person ever turned down an opportunity for a job that probably would've cost several hundred dollars (not including the initial diagnostic fee)!! Nick showed himself to be a stand-up guy who wasn't just looking to make a buck off me. And if in the future, I have any other HVAC needs, Nick will be the first person I call. I only wish I could give him more than 5 stars.

I reached out anyway because of the great reviews. I sent a message and did not hear back from them. I sent a follow-up message checking to see if they got my message and if they could test my system that week to find what the issue is. I received a text back that said "no sorry yes," and nothing else. I messaged back saying " great," when can you come by? I never heard back from them. Many companies pay for positive reviews nowadays, and I believe that's what this company is doing. Use someone else.
