I highly recommend this company, perhaps for an unusual reason. I recently hired them to clean the ducts in our house. They arrived on time and started work on both of our A/C units. Unfortunately, they found mold in the flex ducts attached to the units. They explained to me that it is impossible to clean mold when it grows in old-style flex ducts because they are porous so they could not do the job. They showed me photos of the problem and then reassembled the equipment. They didn't charge anything for the service call. I just can't say enough about the integrity of the people that work for this company. I would not use any other duct cleaning service on Long Island. read more

I searched for companies regarding cleaning of my ac ducts. I was so pleased I decided to go with Pro Duct Air Care. When I first met Al and his assistant I knew I would be in good hands. They had their work cut out for them as I had mold not only in the main part of the system in the attic but throughout my ducts from the ceiling.
