Terrible stay booked through All Pocono Rentals. Here are just a few of the issues we faced during our stay in Horatio, PA. Needless to say, the home was not taken care of in the least bit. Also, the home had multiple issues which could have led to lawsuits. Some pictures were taken and have been attached: - Dirty filter in pool. Backup filter was even more dirty - Broken patio umbrella - There was NOT a game room as advertised - Kitchen stool was broken nearly causing a bad injury - Bugs throughout the house especially in bathrooms - Spider webs throughout house - Broken soap dispenser in Master Bedroom - One guest was bitten by bugs while in Hot Tub After all these issues you would think All Pocono Rentals would have provided some type of customer service. They did not. After 3 weeks of dodging my emails(they claimed their property manager was on vacation and had poor service/could not be reached), they finally issues a blanket statement saying: "We regret to inform you that we cannot offer any form of discount or refund because the issues were not reported during your stay. We are a full-staff Property Management company and we cannot prevent issues from happening, but we are equipped to deal with them in a timely fashion to assure guest satisfaction. However, if those are not reported to us, there is nothing we would be able to do." My advice, stay away from All Pocono Rentals. Stick with more reputable sites such as AIRBNB/VRBO. My assumption is that booking through these sites should lead to a more customer service-centric result. PS: All Pocono Rentals has a VIP program where they discount users who leave 5 star reviews. The house was beautiful and well maintained. It exceeded the expectations of my guests and I with every detail thought out to keep us safe and Covid free during our stay. The concierge was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any inquiries. I look forward to staying here and or using All Pocono Rentals again in the very near future. read more

This is from an AirBnB review I'm trying to get posted. I stayed at a house from them last week. I killed about 50 house flies and saw about 10 carpenter ants. I'm more concerned about house flies seeing they come from maggots. The inside was somewhat clean although there were pots and pans that were dirty (probably should discard them). Old worn out rugs in kitchen and family room. Laundry room floor around the washer and drier was dirty. There were clothes left in the dryer when we arrived. The outside showed they didn't maintain the property with plenty of weeds, overgrown and dead bushes, pool was always dirty, potting soil left under the deck, torn old grill cover, torn old cover for hot tub, and shed falling apart with doors ripped off and left on the ground. Shed gave the impression they didn't take care of the house seeing it was a mess inside the shed. Maintenance came to clean the pool and he was not going to put chlorine in the pool. Felt algaecide was good enough. Outside next to the pool filter was a mess with hoses left. Garden hose left in the path of going to the pool. Family members didn't want to sleep downstairs after finding carpenter ants in their room. Empty Mike's Hard Lemonade can found in bushes next to hot tub. A small amount of laundry detergent was put in a 16 oz water bottle that was a quarter filled. The pictures on AirBnB didn't meet up with what I expected after staying at the house. Kitchen island was totally different. Kitchen chairs totally different. Some chairs, coffee table, and rug in family room was totally different. Kitchen counter was little beat up. Kitchen wall had markings on it. AirBnB pictures showed trim where markings are. Vegetation growing out of gutters. Moss on roof. Bathroom door downstairs had a crack in it like someone must of punched it. Kids room downstairs had botched up paint job where the ceiling and wall met. Yard maintenance not done well with weeds and overground and dead bushes. Family room wood floor and stair wood floor were beat up. AirBnB pictures shows floors as shiny clean. AirBnB listing says no loud music. Contract that was signed said outdoor music must only be played on cell phones. If loud music complaint, $500 fine and be evicted. Sign inside house said $1000 fine for loud music. Pet fee was $100 per pet. Unfortunately Google maps couldn't give me a good view of the house using streetview or satellite so I had to use the photos provided on AirBnB. Holes found on outside of front of house (maybe birds made those holes). Grill totally different than grill showed on AirBnB and had torn old grill cover. Outdoor fireplace was wood burning but replaced with propane outdoor fire place. Doorbell was broken and no doorbell button. Smoke alarm left dangling from ceiling. Baby monitor was suppose to have 3 units but microphone unit was missing so couldn't use baby monitor. Just wasn't impress with the house for the amount of money I paid. Outdoor deck had different chairs and table than shownn on AirBnB. Oil lamps on deck didn't have wicks. Pool deck had metal chairs and tables and AirBnB had showed different chair/table set on pool deck. The host did respond using texting but I think calling me would have been more appropriate seeing I was displeased with the house. We also got hit with the tropical storm and there was a tornado warning. I would think the host would call us to check on the property seeing the road looked like a river and roads were shutdown. Entrance to the property was a fast moving stream during the storm. I wasn't really impress with the area. I don't know how you can accurately describe it. I had the impression the Poconos was a tourist trap and expected cute shops where it was run down and overgrown vegetation. Just not a very nice looking area. I wouldn't visit the Poconos again. The house was beautiful clean and spacious..they had a sanitation station that was a very nice touch..everything worked and the concierge was prompt in response if we needed help with anything..great experience can't wait to book again! read more

Do not use this company (another name they use is Ananda Property Management). This is a scam company. They stole over $2500 which was my down-payment for a rental home that I later found out on my own was sold and no longer a rental property. I canceled over a month before the 100% guaranteed cancelation date. They refuse to return phone messages, emails, and my money. Im out over $2500 and no vacation rental. Cancelled our rental with less than 48 hours notice via text message. Completely ruined our family vacation and no other options on such short notice. Worst rental company I have ever worked with and supervisor was too busy to speak with me when I called. Stay away!!! read more

We had a great experience with All Pocono Rentals. The house was beautiful and super clean, and the concierge service was quick to respond and very helpful when we had a question. The hot tub and fireplaces made for a nice winter weekend getaway. I would recommend them and would definitely book accommodations with them again. read more

RENTER BEWARE! RE: All Pocono Rentals Stroudsburg, PA 2020- We originally booked our "Family Vacation" through VRBO for a Pocono property listed by All Pocono Rentals. Due to COVID, we had to cancel. All Pocono Rental refused to refund our deposit. It was either "Use It" or "Lose It"! 2021- When rebooking our trip, we were told by All Pocono Rentals that we had to book through them directly. Our original property through VRBO was no longer an option. Plus, prices doubled! All Pocono Rentals gave us only one option for our original pricing, which didn't accommodate our group or have a pool, like our original booking. In order to meet our needs, we ended up booking "CR in East Stroudsburg" at double the price "$5,000" for 5 days. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! Website description was inaccurate! Property was described as being quiet and secluded but was located on a very busy road and had an auto repair shop directly next door. NOT SO QUIET OR SECLUDED! · Unusual odor throughout the home · Deep cleaning was NOT done (we paid a $360 mandatory fee for the cleaning) · Flooring was filthy. Swept up broken glass in the kitchen and had to request cleaning supplies. · Hot tub was dirty. · Unable to use power-operated awning on deck (not functioning correctly). · Deck was covered in debris, splintered, and had protruding nails. · Torn screens throughout the house (unable to use screen door at patio). · Jets in master bathtub had mold. Could not be used! · Dead bugs throughout the house including the sills, blinds, bathtubs, and floors. · Mice & spiders! · Stove didn't function properly (broiler didn't work). · Appliances were damaged. · We were told the pool (that did not exist yet when booking) was going to be attached to the lower deck. It was not! Two guests from our party could not use the pool... it required climbing a ladder from ground level. Upon our request for a partial refund, All Pocono Rentals required us signing a Non-disclosure statement in order to receive a minimal refund, which we obviously did not sign! read more

I had made a reservation in February to stay with my family. Check in time is at 4:00 pm. I arrived at 5:00 pm and the staff was not finished cleaning the house. The carpet needed to be replaced 10 years ago. The couch felt like a truck drove over it. The hot tub was broken and leaking. There was water all over the floor. The staff left and never said that it was broken. The next morning building maintenance came to repair it. They were very unprofessional. When we returned later that afternoon, the tub was still not fixed. After I called the office, they sent a message to me through text. They never contacted me to let me know of this issue. They said that the tub was not going to be fixed and that they would offer me a $250.00 refund. I told them that I was disappointed since this was a reason for booking this house, but I would accept the refund. We left the house cleaner then we found it. I asked asked again upon checking out about the refund. I was told that it was being processed. A week later, I called since I had received no refund. They did not answer the phone. They sent another text message. They said that it was in the refund queue and it should be processed soon. They also said that I should only communicate through text messaging. I waited another week and a half. Now they would not answer my phone calls or my text messaging. Hours later they apologized for the delay and said that only one person could process the refund. I gave it a few days and still nothing. I sent another text message saying that I was tired of the excuses and wanted my refund immediately. I said how disappointed I was with their customer service. I said that I was planning another trip in February, but, would not go through them again. I paid for this property in full, well in advance without even seeing it. A refund should have been issued before I checked out. I would never stay in a rental from All Pocono Rentals again. I would NEVER recommend All Pocono Rentals to ANYONE. I AM DISGUSTED. read more
