We also had to take the truck back in because of a noise in the steering wheel - turns out when the truck was put back together they left some spare parts in the steering wheel (I'm horrified to think what could have happened if the air bag went off). I attempted to purchase a 2016 Audi A4 from them for $12,900 and was assured that the car would be OK to purchase without worrying about something going wrong. I could have excused them for: 1) not telling me of the massive oil leak the car was experiencing, as after all, a salesperson has to sell, 2) bargaining me to only half a tank of gas instead of the full tank because they're trying to get the best out of the transaction just as I was, 3) them speaking out of both sides of their mouths with regard to how they were doing well-enough to not worry about moving the car as they "have a 1.5 million dollar lot of cars", but they couldn't remove 300 dollars off the top of the price after everything because they needed to pay their mechanics, or how the car repairs could be done less than quoted by the guy I took it to for a second opinion (and who found the massive oil leak), but they couldn't possibly lower the price as it was already quite low, 4) the worry in their eyes when I asked to add to the contract a stipulation that I would consider the car repaired of the leak once a third party verified that it was fixed, 5) the sheer gall to look me in my face and tell me that they were not aware of the problem, despite claiming that every car sold would have an oil check and if required replacement, because again you need to move cars regardless of how bad they might be. I could have excused it all, were it not for their inanely greedy attitude. To insist after the entire inconvenience and sheer disrespect of their behavior that I was to pay full price while doing the "I'm not all that interested schtick" was insulting to the point of comedy. I've never interacted with talking rats before, but I'd imagine they'd be capable of more honor and self-respect than Sam and Patrick. The only thing they were able to positively accomplish was talking me out of buying a trashcan on wheels! Thank you so much the both of you, it was a great learning experience on how to work with charlatans, I'll be watching with great interest to see all those people who were before lining up to purchase that Audi still show interest now that, of course, you will be changing the listings to reflect this new information, and I'll be sure to give you guys the glowing Better Business Bureau review you deserve as well! read more

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Best Western with different results. The first time was great, got an amazing deal on a great car. The car was flawless, never had any mechanical issues other than wear and tear parts. Loved it and the sales man Mike seemed a little quirky but nice enough. The second car I purchased from them was a nightmare. I knew it wasn't going to be good when 2 weeks after I bought it, the windshield fell off driving to california. That's right, I hit the brakes but the windshield kept on going. Then the alternator bracket cracked by the engine. I was told "they do not cover that" with some version of a warranty. The car was terrible and they would not fix any of the major problems, so the "deal" I got on the car with 30k miles on it plus all the repairs cost me almost as much as just buying a brand new one from Honda. That and Mike has aspergers or is antisocial or something, idk. My most recent experience is what still stings, but the first car is why the 2 stars and not 0. In my opinion, when they were new, they tried harder, went the extra mile and were meticulous in the work. Now, they got lazy and treat the business as just a job, get it out the door regardless of quality. These were my experiences, you experience may vary. Review update: Patrick reached out to me yesterday 1/22/19 -6 months after I purchased my car- to "rectify" the situation- the situation being my 1-star review NOT to give me good customer service. These people don't even know what good customer service means. Essentially our conversation consisted of Patrick offering to get me my wheel key for my locking lug nuts ($25 part which I ordered myself in September) and cleaning my car (like I would actually trust them with my vehicle at this point) in exchange for retracting my review. Hahaha Hahaha! I told him it was too little, too late. He proceeded to back pedal saying that Nelly, the ONLY person who was helpful, did not make any of my requests known and repeatedly asked me if I spoke to any men about my issues. No I did not speak to any men about my issues because no men wanted to speak to me about my issues. Then Patrick engaged in a brief shouting match with me because I told him what he was offering and the timing wasn't good enough for me to delete my review. This company doesn't know the meaning of customer service- which was clear when the whole purpose of his call was not to make me happy; it was to preserve his business reputation. If you want to reach out to a customer 6 months after their purchase to get them to change their opinion of your business, don't offer the bare minimum and then fight with them for not accepting your lame offer. It's too late, Patrick. You should do the right thing with no objective other than making me happy and knowing you're doing the right thing. yelp is where consumers help each other and where a good business can build a good reputation. You want to buy my silence For $25 and a carwash? Maybe 6 months ago but it wasn't worth it to you then. My requests were reasonable, SAFETY RELATED and I was promised. Totally lame. I have read some negative reviews on this company. In the last 7 years I've bought 3 cars from Patrick and had nothing but great service and truthfulness. If I had a mechanical problem he fixed it no questions. If I needed finance he provided it. I actually was going to his website to look at his cars when I read the review of dishonesty. Found their dealership online, thought prices weren't that bad so I went over with my husband yesterday. There were quite a few cars that caught my interest, so I was excited to see what there was to offer from a salesman. He saw us in the lot walk past us, then finally when we decide to go inside - follows close behind. Doesn't introduce himself. Inside now, he introduce himself (while clicking around and looking at computer paying as little attention to us as possible) then finally we ask if theirs info on cars ..his response was "maybe idk" which continued to be his response. Didn't walk around or offer more info. Super rude, and obviously had no interest in working. There are a lot of very nice cars that aren't more than 5 years old here...but I'm not willing to purchase a car from someone who can't even tell me about the cars or put in effort... read more

Everything was terrific. Car was at a fair price. I purchased the car from out of state based on their internet page and photos. Everything was exactly as expected. They even arranged shipping for me. I saw a few negative reviews, seems to me they all had one thing in common, unrealistic expectations. These are not new factory fresh cars, they are used, many rebuilt. That means you forego a few things in exchange for a better price. That is a reasonable exchange. Mark me a happy customer. I came over to Best Western the other day to do some car shopping and I talked with Mike one the sales guys. Even though I told him I wasn't looking to buy that day, he was still extremely friendly and professional and he answered all my questions. Best of all, he wasn't pushy or aggressive! I can't say I've had that experience very often. I was in the market for a Honda or Toyota, and the selection and prices were better than average. Don't believe the good reviews for BESTWESTERN MOTORS. Bought a car couple wks ago. I think the second day it broke down. They fixed it and it broke down again. We took it back and picked it up from the shop, broke down again. And they charge me for that. They tell you they give you a one year free warranty that is a lie the salesman Pejhman speak English I bought a car from them and had to take it back within a week what a joke. Do not buy from these guys, they only good at taking your money, and when you need an answer from them or any repair to the car you buy, they just go around sending you to one of other to get you an answer. I never got copies of the purchase contract and when I went to get them they keep on saying that cannot give it without authorization of Pejhman and he is allways busy.All of there cars has low mileages and a salvage title and the car seems new and smells like a new but they had huge accidents and Check engine light getting on easily. I haven't had any problems and the first week I bought it I drove up to Las Vegas with no problems. The customer service was good..even great. No pressure, easy going, friendly and professional. Worst. Experience Ever. I found the exact vehicle that I wanted to purchase online and called and spoke to the owner. I do not have a car so I wanted to verify that I had all documents ready and that given my exact situation, I would be able to purchase the vehicle since I was taking a $150 taxi to Best Western Motors. The owner assured me that he could sell me the vehicle, told me it would be no problem at all and told me what I needed to bring in. When I arrived he took a brief look at everything and told me that he could not help me. I provided everything he asked for, and there were no changes to the situation I explained to him on the phone an hour earlier when he told me to come in. He was extremely dismissive and short with my wife and I and treated us like we were in the wrong. We were forced to pay another $150 just to get another taxi home. We wasted $300 (that we need for the purchase of a vehicle) and an entire afternoon. The man that owns this place is extremely dishonest, rude, and will say anything to get you in the door. I am so happy that I wasn't able to purchase a vehicle from him. Given my experience I would not trust the quality of his vehicles, or anything he says. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. read more
