Well where do I start.... I have vowed to never go to a BMW dealership again, but I broke rank when they sent me an email offering to change my windshield wipers for 20 bucks. So I swallowed my pride and set an appointment three days out letting them know why I was coming in... So I pull up to the dealership on time and drop the car expecting a quick turnaround. I walked in to meet the advisor and it turns out to be the same advisor I had issues with at Arrowhead he transferred to camelback... I didn't make a scene I gave him basic respect hoping he'd do a better job this time, 45 minutes later he comes over to tell me the wipers are at the chandler facility and will be here in 2hrs. I honestly wanted to slap him in the mouth for letting those word come out, but I stayed on the high road... I said OK call me when they get in... I didn't receive a call or any updates from them, so finally I called them and he said he tried but they were blocked... wait you emailed me the coupon and a service indicator that allows me to monitor the service of my car, so you couldn't email me the blades were in? Just trash service and I want to blame the advisor but it not just him that's why I am not using his name but I see management as the real problem here. I used mercedes service for many years and yes it was expensive but the attention to detail and overall quality of service makes it tolerable. This level of service came from management level setting with the advisors to create an environment that reflects their brand. Clearly BMW has a created a service standard that rivals Mitsubishi and Suzuki not Lexus and Mercedes. This standard falls squarely on the shoulders of management for tolerating this level of service. Heck my fiancé just bought a subaru and the sales and service teams have been great. The three star rating is the average of one star for the service department and five stars for advisor Ricardo Garcia. If I ever own another BMW, and that's a big if, I'd use them strictly for warranty work since they are conveniently located to me and you can force them to fix problems under warranty. I've owned 5 BMWs and I'm half an inch away from being done with the brand. There are way too many brands out there to be jerked around by incompetent service departments. Ricardo is an excellent advisor and was recently able to get a problem fixed for me that had my usual advisor and the rest of the department stumped. He's an excellent communicator and advisor. Other than Ricardo I wouldn't touch these guys with a 10' pole. The moment the warranty expires head to a shop like Pitstop on 7th Avenue and ask for Angel who actually knows how to fix cars. read more

I have been very blessed to have many BMWs experiences in my life. My first BMW was a 323 Coupe, then a X3, 550i, X5 Diesel and now a X5M60i. With all of these cars over the years, I have come across many Service Advisors. But none of them went above and beyond like Mitch Timothy has done. I recently purchased a 24 X5 M60i outside of Chapman and noticed some wear and tear that should not have been there for a car less than 3000 miles. I could see the airbag outline on the driver's side dash as well as some coils on the heated center console arm rests. Every time I went into the car, it really bothered me and was very frustrated. So I decided to go down to Chapman where I was servicing my cars over the years and asked to speak to a Manager about it. By luck, Mitch was coming outside and asked if I needed assistance. I said I wanted to talk to a Manager because this shouldn't be happening with a new car. He immediately said "oh you are seeing the coils on the console"? Yeah it is a non issue and we will do our best to get it replaced. I said well the dashboard shouldn't be doing this and he was truthful and said it is a 50/50 shot to get that replaced but willing to do so. I said can you be my Service Advisor because no one has even gone as far as that. And then Mitch took over. He kept me in the loop the entire process via text and calls. Told me I was approved for a new dash also. There was one minor part on back order so kept the loaner for a week or so but I didn't mind at all. Mitch is a true asset to Chapman BMW on Camelback and BMW North America. He understands what true customer service is and not just talk. 2/27/2026 I recently took my vehicle in for an alignment at Chapman BMW on Camelback, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Nick Rempel was my service representative, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting my vehicle checked in and maintenance started right away. During the multi-point inspection, the technician identified an issue that could have become a larger problem if left unaddressed. I truly appreciated that it was caught early. Nick took the time to clearly explain the concern and provided a detailed quote--without any high-pressure sales tactics. Since the repair was not urgent, he helped me schedule the service for the following week. I'll be using my extended warranty company for the repair, and Nick is very experienced and knowledgeable in working with extended warranty providers, which gave me additional confidence in the process. Overall, I had a great experience at Chapman BMW. They have earned my trust, and they will be my preferred service dealer moving forward. I went through the full purchase process with this dealership for a 2024 BMW i4 eDrive40, submitted all requested documents, had my credit pulled for financing, and even bought insurance on the specific VIN at their request because I was told the deal was moving forward. My salesperson, Stan Sanglier, repeatedly told me the financial manager would contact me and kept delaying day to day. Meanwhile, another salesman named Kenneth Smith, kept calling me telling me the vehicle which I was in the middle of purchasing was still available. Should've seen the signs there. I repeatedly asked if anything else was needed and even offered a deposit to secure it. After spending multiple days on paperwork and getting delays, I was told the vehicle had been sold to someone else without any notice. I was left with a hard credit inquiry and insurance costs for a car I never received. They also try to upcharge you on extra add-ons during signing. 1/10, would not recommend. If you are looking to get a great deal ask for Miles. I had been trying to get a X5 for months and I had no luck in other dealers. When I arrived to Chapman I was a little scared that I would have to deal with pushy salesman and tons of different calls and text from different numbers like other dealers do. This was not the case in this location. From the moment I got in Miles helped me customize the perfect X5 model for me. I took one model for a drive test and I immediately knew this was the best car for me. I did not made the purchase that day since I wasn't ready to make the decision. I took the entire weekend to do research on the car and making sure it was the right fit for me. The entire time I was asking questions and I got every response I needed from Miles. In other dealers I would get 4 different people calling me from different numbers and saying different things. This is why I'm so impressed with Chapman.
