I pay much more attention to details than the average consumer and the only reason I clicked on the "detail" link was looking for what the documentation fee you charge is and that's what I was expecting to find. If you think adding a $1,400 package without prominently advertising it to the consumer, regardless of whether the add-ons may have some nominal value, so that the vast majority of your customers will not know about this additional expense until they sit down to close the deal then that says all I need to know about your sense of what running an honest and upfront business is. As expected you do charge an additional $728 documentation fee that is only discoverable by clicking yet another link. "Tax, Title, Administration Fees and Tags not included in vehicle prices shown and must be paid by the purchaser. Want to hear a messed up story? So my 2014 Ftype had a coolant leak so I took it to IAutohuas in Tempe Az. They had my car over 3 weeks and last Friday I picked it up and then less than 48 hours it broke down and over heated. I pulled over and called a tow truck and took it back to the shop. Next business day they called me that they needed 2300 to fix one of the old hoses connected to the coolant which they should have fixed since I paid them 4k to fix in the first place. The owner called me and said they will take $1000 off the $2300. I told the lady I'm not paying 5k for a coolant leak fixture. On top of that they said my engine is mis firing and they fixed it but not sure it will run right. Please if you live in AZ don't go to IAutohaus in Tempe. They rip you off. At first they wanted 7k total for a coolant change. And on top of that they wouldn't even make a offer to buy my 2014 Jag Ftype even though they buy used cars. They stated 4 owners and minor accident and would not sell. It's a v8s with only 50k miles. Don't go to iautohaus in Tempe. They are scammers. Owners is useless and so is everyone that works there. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. One day I had a Jag Ftype then it's gone. Thank you Joann aka owner. You will hear from my attorney. Start off by saying I never leave reviews. I went in to look at a car and said I would be open to trading in my car. They were extremely nice and took my keys to look at my car. They came back and said that they didn't want my car because they couldn't sell it because it had a wrap on it. Thats fine but they lied and told me that my car has been in an accident and that it had more owners than it actually had. All completely false. When I got home I paid for another report just to make sure and confirmed they were lying to me. They assumed I didn't want to make a deal because they didn't want my trade in and then pretty much blew me off like I was dead to them. Little do they know I was still interested in buying a car if they took my trade in or not. I will be going to another dealership and purchasing a range over sport sometime this week. read more

I have a 2017 Audi and my rear view mirror came loose and fell off after getting my windshield replaced a couple months back. Initially took it to the Audi dealership near my house but they couldn't get it reattached and told me I needed a new mirror for $1,500. It fell off as I was pulling out of their service department. Also ended making it worse the first time they tried to fix it and couldn't get a plastic cover back on so had metal brackets and wiring exposed in plain site and they charged my $75 for the attempt. Took my car to iautohaus to get a second opinion and Trent was able to get the mirror back in place and secure within 10-15 minutes and got the plastic cover back on as well. All free of charge. I highly recommend iautohaus! Great customer service and they clearly care about their customers and won't try to rip you off. Thanks again Trent! read more

When my check engine light came on they could not diagnose my vehicle but still charged me nearly $200 for a diagnostic. I had to follow up with them to check the status of my vehicle in which I received nothing but we can charge you more if you want us to keep looking. Now I'm $200 broker with no clue what happened to my vehicle. They could have at least offered me a free oil change for the trouble and cost. They have lost my business permanently. read more

For just labor before the cost of parts some very basic things costs: $47.40 to change the engine air filter, $63.20 to replace the cabin filter, $143.20 to replace the spark plugs. This is just for the labor, not including the price of the parts. I understood I would be paying a little more here compared to somewhere else, but this is above ridiculous. I called earlier today to discuss these charges with Trent, who explained that the way labor charges are calculated are by an index with the national average time to complete the service matched to their hourly rate, regardless of the actual time it takes to actually complete the service. I was told it takes 9/10 of an hour to complete the changing of spark plugs, their hourly rating being $150. I find it very insulting to be charged so much especially for the changing of filters and spark plugs. On top of that I had to wait 2 full days for these services to be done, which even at the most busy places at most have usually taken me 3-5 hours. That's even more money I've lost due to not being able to work. This whole service cost me well over a month's rent and the majority of my savings. Wesley gave me an excellent, above and beyond experience when I bought my vehicle here in 2020 which is why I really wanted to go out of my way to support his business, however I cannot support or condone any place that would charge people so much, especially for services so basic. I definitely recommend steering clear and taking your business somewhere else. read more

I recently purchased a 2009 MB SL550 from a private seller. I was sure I had made a good deal on a great car, but wanted to run all diagnostics, inspections and replace fluids to be confident that there were no gremlins heading my way. Gremlins are expensive when they speak German! I could not be more pleased or impressed with every aspect of dealing with iAutohaus and their great team. I received an impressively detailed report on the status of my car after inspections performed by Andy Piech. I had a chance to tour the sales area when I brought car in - again, very impressive. You could have open heart surgery in this place! The establishment is pretty prestige. Clean shop, awesome showroom, and comfortable office. Higher end dealership vibes. Went in for an oil change on my 2007 BMW 3 series, they had it ready next day. I was impressed that they performed a Tier 2 visual inspection of the vehicle and provide you the results as part of the oil change. They also washed and vacuumed the car and included a quality leather air freshener- all included in the oil service quote just under $150. I've found that shops tend to spill oil during the oil change and do not clean it up. Checked under the hood before leaving- was cleaner than when I brought it in. Ha! Chris Kanna a service advisor there was professional in his role- almost too professional in my opinion. Couldn't get a smile out of the guy. He took me through a tour of the shop and didn't say much at all. Overall, decent guy, would only suggest he be more friendly and sociable with future clientele. I took car to be diagnosed for a noise and check engine light was on. explained had a sensor unplugged because car runs fine unplugged but if plugged in wants to stall out. got no communication on there end but when I called to check in was told codes and needed 2 sensors and vtronics came to 1300.00 + agreed to fix car, still made noise told me car is old just rattling but my engine is ROCK SOLID. The next day went to phx about 20 miles out engine light came back on they had just sent me a text to do a survey and I sent message that the light came on. Called & took car back on Tuesday. They again never communicated with me I had to call them. They had it for a week & I called to find out what's going on they told me it has a misfire in the cylinder 3 and I need a new engine. I couldn't understand how I could be told the engine was ROCK SOLID one week before and need new engine the next. Then they got it to go pass emissions but right after the check engine light came right back on. They told me at least they got it to pass. I went to pick my car up my check engine light is still on it still runs the same so I have unplugged the sensor again and it's still making the noise. Also when I looked over my receipt I was charged for a front end alignment that I never received for 189.00. So when I confronted them with how do I even know you did anything to my car because I never saw the old parts. When I asked about the front end alignment that I didn't get, they said o that's my bad, we will credit that back right now. And another thing that happened I forgot when I was bringing the car back to them on that Tuesday I was stopped to make a right to go down there road and I could swear there was smoke coming up by the windshield right before I turned. I was only a few feet from them so when I pulled in I ran in and got Trent and told him, he opened the hood and the sensor they put in was not in, it was loose. He says that's not good. I can't really find anything bad to say about these guys. I started a car repair that I ended up not being able to finish. I called them up and they were super knowledgeable, didn't make me feel like more of a moron than I already did, and didn't charge me unreasonably for it (I mean it was still a lot, but that kind of goes without saying when you own a German car). I had the car towed in and they got it done fairly quick, emailed me a comprehensive list of other things they would recommend, but weren't pushy about getting any of it done with them which was really nice. I blew the radiator on my 1987 560SL Mercedes Roadster. Prior to that happening, I was looking around for a place that would take good care of my old vehicle. I came across a couple of them, but decided to use Autohaus after I had called the AAA Emergency Road Service. Besides replacing the radiator, I had them check out all the other things that needed to be fixed. I got my MB back a couple of weeks ago and the car runs smoothly now. I can really tell the difference. They also had the car detailed and who ever did the job, it was magnificent. I haven't really driven it anywhere, as this is my weekend car. Let me first say, I had an outstanding experience! I always service my cars at dealerships, and have for the past 25 years. When I noticed I was adding coolant more frequently, I called both BMW and iAutoHaus to ask questions. Based on iAutoHaus' response, I brought my BMW in to be checked. They offered an Uber back to my work. Excellent. Upon a full diagnostic, my service advisor Chris gave me the bad news - a leak, and an expensive leak. I asked a lot of questions, just as I would at a doctor's office. I also contacted my service tech at the dealership. Their estimated cost of repair was 35% MORE. Chris was/is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me. Let's face it, who wants to drop $2K when you're not ready to? After explaining my expectations to Chris, I agreed to have my BMW serviced at iAutoHaus. He set up my Uber for my ride home/back to work/back to iAutoHaus. He also made additional accommodations so I would have peace of mind. Hands down, I recommend iAutoHaus - and will return to iAutoHaus, of course with my same expectations. iAutohaus claims they can service a Mini. So I had them attempt to fix a problem that only the dealer was able to resolve. I spent a few thousand dollars there and came up empty handed. I also need to say they didn't check if there were any outstanding recalls for the Mini, which their were, and I ended up paying for that work too. Dealers check for recalls. Mini owners....see the dealer. I know it's not convenient living in the east valley, but you will save yourself a lot of grief if you do. read more
