My friend takes her Volkswagen golf here and she is very happy with the service. They even sent an Uber to drop her off and pick her up and washed her car when they were done.

Just an example of the issues on the car 9 months after purchase

As you can see, I was sold a complete garbage car that was bought auction and now I am dealt with all of the issues involved and Iautohaus is doing nothing about it. This is relatively typical of the industry when you deal with third-party of this nature do not buy from these people.

I was shopping for my fourth Benz and had something specific in mind. I wanted an E350 Coupe - White. I did the dealership thing - heard all the salesy pitches and why I should buy something other than what I wanted- because they didn't have what I wanted. I was looking on car gurus and the exact car popped up at iAutoHaus. I emailed the general email and Jeremy, the sales manager promptly replied. I was able to go take a look at it and test drive it the following day. For a single girl it was a very pleasant experience. I had been procrastinating looking for a car and really dreaded it. I hate car buying - but this was so easy! I did my research on pricing and was happy with what I got. Going to pick up the car Jeremy had everything ready and it took about 15 minutes. What a great experience ... if your looking for a great luxury car don't miss this place !

For just labor before the cost of parts some very basic things costs: $47.40 to change the engine air filter, $63.20 to replace the cabin filter, $143.20 to replace the spark plugs. This is just for the labor, not including the price of the parts. I understood I would be paying a little more here compared to somewhere else, but this is above ridiculous. I called earlier today to discuss these charges with Trent, who explained that the way labor charges are calculated are by an index with the national average time to complete the service matched to their hourly rate, regardless of the actual time it takes to actually complete the service. I was told it takes 9/10 of an hour to complete the changing of spark plugs, their hourly rating being $150. I find it very insulting to be charged so much especially for the changing of filters and spark plugs. On top of that I had to wait 2 full days for these services to be done, which even at the most busy places at most have usually taken me 3-5 hours. That's even more money I've lost due to not being able to work. This whole service cost me well over a month's rent and the majority of my savings. Wesley gave me an excellent, above and beyond experience when I bought my vehicle here in 2020 which is why I really wanted to go out of my way to support his business, however I cannot support or condone any place that would charge people so much, especially for services so basic. I definitely recommend steering clear and taking your business somewhere else.

The wife and I have been searching for a 2009 Supercharged Range Rover for a few years since losing our 2002 P38 in an accident. We found one out of state for sale down the street from iAUTOHAUS. I was able to book a pre-purchase inspection over my phone during the weekend. Monday morning around 7am I received a confirmation from Chris, he made it simple and was helpful. This company seems to have great knowledge on the vehicles they work on. A few hours passed, Chris called me with an update as he was the eyes and ears for this out of state Rover purchase. He also texted me the inspection with a few photos of the suspension issues they had revealed. If you live around Scottsdale, AZ and have a German or British vehicle check them out. Thanks iAUTOHAUS, maybe one day my wife will let me purchase a G wagon from your pre-owned sales department.

For a 16-year-old car, it didn't feel right. Before heading home, I stopped by Good Works Auto Body nearby. The owner came out, calmly took a look, reached inside, and adjusted the panel--the problem was gone in seconds. I also showed him the paint scratches on my car, and he gently wiped them off with thinner. Just like that, my car looked clean and blue again. When I asked what I owed, he smiled and said, "I didn't do anything--no charge." I was honestly taken aback. It's rare to meet someone who leads with genuine care instead of trying to make a quick transaction. This kind of integrity stays with you. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely return.

Good works said it was a battery sensory that was wrong costing me over $600 dollars and a couple of days later my starter went out. They estimate was $1,000 dollars and the starter itself was $700. I had to go and research a fair price and was able to get it down a little, but with labor and SHOP Fee's it was almost the same price to fix. I Will never go back to the this place as the advertise to be a family shop and there prices are very high for all parts and labor. It left a very bad taste in my mouth as i had to spend over $1,400 dollars of repairs and the first battery sensory repair was not even needed. Go at your own risk Rob
