He was able to come the next day which he did and was on time. Within 5 minutes he knew what was needed . He then looked for a part which was all we needed BUT they didn't sell it separately so we had to order new motor. I know he did look for the part because he did it in front of me. So it was ordered he was going to go to Tampa the next morning and come to put it in , which he did. Total he was in our house 30 minutes between the 2 visits. He gave a quick, expert diagnosis of the problem (no "it could be ect). So when you have an appliance issue call A-Tech you will thank me :) *.
