They charge $79.00 for a service call...perfect, got it, normal....He was in my house less than 45 minutes and Charged me $187.00 to remove a clothing item that was stuck in the fan. That means, Dennis charged me $108.00 an hour labor....Hmmmmmm, does that seem a tad over the top? (NO PART's) By all means hire this company, they saved me $900.00 not having to buy a new dryer! BUT, ask up front what there hourly labor rate is... Laughed in his face when he said ....... "the company" set his rates...pretty sure I was dealing with the owner of DND Appliance repair...Dennis. I called and he made an appointment for the next day between 12-2. He texted me the next morning he was on the way and it was 10:50 and would be to my home in 35 minutes. He had his mask on when he got here, and went to assessing the problem. Turns out I had a faulty water valve. He quoted me a price for parts and labor, then got to work. In a short time the job was done, and he was ready to go. It was great that he was able to see us the next day, and he was early. He completed his job quickly and so far my ice maker working great. I've been trying to reach Teodor appliance without success, I can't even get a call back. It even looks like they blocked my number, when I call from my phone, I get a weird audio recording that hangs up on me automatically. However, when I call the same number from someone else's phone, I get the AI and I'm able to request request a new appointment?
