Our backyard was least favorite part of our house because it had mountain of soil and a big slope. We were looking to clean up the mud and after multiple quotes we picked Raj's All Pro Landscaping team. They told me work will start at 10am and here they were at 9:30am cleaning up my backyard. They asked us for the detailed wish list and explained few tips to save money. From the first they were suggesting us how to do quality work with less money. Very genuine and trustworthy people . They were very professional, never even asked us anything additional. In fact they added steps, cleaned up side of the deck , added gravel without ANY additional cost. They just wanted us to be happy. We're simply amazed with their trustworthiness and sincerity in work. They even came on Sunday to finish small cleaning which was not necessary at all. While they were all very polite, the work done was far from professional. We asked for our existing patio to be re-leveled and extended and our old deck replaced with a smaller one. I had the old deck removed for them. I have submitted the pictures as they speak for themselves. 1. Eight random bricks throughout the patio are placed wrong side up. 2. The deck, while structurally sound, is a hot mess. A. Mistakes in measuring everywhere leading to bad attempts to fix them. B. The bottom rail support on one section of railing is significantly higher than another. C. They have the post caps flush with the handrail. D. The deck was slightly longer on one side so a makeshift sliver of decking was laid down with a blunt end at the edge of the front face of the deck. E. The bottom stair is flush with the level of the brick and then has a large amount of gray concrete between the red brick and the wood stair. Not sure why brick wasn't put right up to the stair, or why there is a wood stair flush with the brick instead of just having no stair there. Very odd decision. There are other mistakes, such as the deck posts being too far apart to meet code. 3. There are many areas where instead of cutting bricks, gray concrete was used. 4. Concrete was just laid against the brick and on the grass leading to the back yard - no concrete form was made - the concrete is falling apart and crumbling into the grass in those areas after only a week and very little foot traffic. 5. No concrete form was created for around the window wells either, so I expect that will crumble as well. 6. The initial deck rail was installed at a height of 48". It was like being in an adult playpen. I was told by the owner that this was a standard height because that was the size the posts came in. They actually hit the back of a light switch box twice trying to screw in the post. I had to insist on lowering the rail to a standard 36" height. Our project was simply not a priority for them. We were constantly told about other projects taking precedent and having one or two people dropped off to do the work. I cannot recommend them at all for any type of landscape construction projects. read more

We hired All-Pro to re-level our back yard, re-sod, and build a paver's patio to replace some old loose gravel. Raj and his team were fantastic and great to work with. Very competitive and fair in regards to pricing. Would certainly hire again to complete any landscaping projects. A+ read more

I had Raj and his crew to do a landscaping job for me last week. We needed our lawn resurfaced after Green Paradise Landscaping had done a horrible job. Raj and his crew did a textbook job that I will forever appreciate They removed all of the old dirt and grass, laid topsoil, and put down fertilizer. They leveled the entire yard before they laid sod. They used top grade topsoil and sod and did a meticulous job. Their estimate of the job was spot on and they finished when they said they would. I interviewed a number of large and small landscaping companies for estimates on installing a in-ground sprinkler system. I had done my homework on the internet to develop my own estimate for labor and materials. Most estimates ran 50 - 100% above my estimating tools. All-Pro Landscaping quickly reviewed my needs and hit my target range with higher quality materials than bid by others. The completed the project on time and the system works very well. I have to say everyone in the company are very hard working, very honest and easy to work with. They were very concerned that the project met my expectations. Came back without prompt to assess the functioning of the system and make minor adjustments to maximize irrigation coverage. We hired Raj and his team last summer to build several retaining walls in our front yard, a center staircase up a very steep grade, and to install sprinklers in front and backyards. I contacted Raj 2 weeks ago and he came out promptly and gave us a fair estimate. However, he said he would send us a bid that night. We didn't get a bid so I reached out a few days later. He again said he'd send a bid, but did not. I reached out again a few days later and again he said he'd send a bid that night and would be able to start the next week, weather dependent. AGAIN, no bid nor any response yesterday or today when I asked for an update and timing. This cost me 2 weeks' delay on the work and now will take me even more time to find someone to do the work which we need done ASAP. read more
