When you speak to one of the representatives, they will act like they are here for you and be in your corner. Joann Wistoski, I am speaking about YOU. When we needed you, you completely ignored me. You're not as good as people say they are. Also, customer service? Yeah if there is such a thing with this company. They take hours to answer your call. Moving along, when the guys picked up our boxes and furniture, they told me they would deliver it the following week. WRONG. We waited THREE WEEKS! (Side note: These guys will nickel and dime you any way they can) Unacceptable. I am writing my review as they bring up our boxes in as we speak. We saw our boxes destroyed. We wrote FRAGILE on them and one box was completely destroyed. Unacceptable. They call themselves a 5 star company? Pfft. They are a 0 star company. But here's the catch everyone.... I booked regardless. The time was perfect. Then, 20 minutes before arrival, they began texting a new price, nearly double the original quoted price. When i asked them to itemize the charges, they did not show up! They did not answer calls or texts. This was a small move, bedroom set, dining table, couch, and 12 small to medium boxes. These guys have moved me 3 times. First 2 times they did great. This time, they seemed irritated during the move. Like they didn't want to be there. They also cracked the drain hose on my 7 month old stackable W&D And I woke up to a flood in my apt. I used the washer the night before so I know it was in tip top condition. I realize damage can happen but isn't that what insurance is for? I messaged the owner Cole asking if his company insurance would cover the damage. He did not respond. After sending him 4 messages, he blocked my number and never responded. Cost me $300 to have the hose replaced. They will treat you as less than human, wear you down, and fail to meet even one promise they made to you in the beginning. After not showing up to pick up my items they avoided my calls and emails, spun the situation to state that I WAS THE ONE WHO CANCELLED. After a two week long fight that put more stress and frustration on me than it was ever worth I received a measly 20% refund of the deposit I originally put down to pay for a service WHICH THEY DID NOT COMPLETE. I hired this company to move my belongings cross country. I was given a price of $1985 per phone and via text message from Silver Star Moving company in October. They have since been bought out by All Pro Moving Company. I have a screen shot of a text message from Brandon at All Pro that states " I still have the $1985 locked for you" and another text from Brandon "we can get your move done in January for $1985 if you reserve the move in October. We do not need to know t exact dates to lock in the pricing." I paid a deposit of $835.62 in October. I was called by All Pro customer service who assured me that "they have never had a single family household not fit on one of their trucks" so space would not be an issue. My move date was scheduled for 12/9/19. I was called 12/6 by Bill at All Pro who went through another inventory where he asked specifics like- am I moving a vacuum, floor lamps, bicycle.. etc. to which I replied yes. Neither of the 2 phone inventories I had gone through with All Pro previously had asked such questions even though these are typical American household items. Bill then stated that the price would be $2600-2900. I said I would not pay more than what I was already told the price would be. Bill yelled at me, was extremely rude and condescending and said that I should be thanking him. I asked to speak with a manger and he proceeded to yell at me for a couple minutes before finally transferring me. Andrew the manager said they would not honor their initial price. 12/8 I called customer service cancel service with All Pro who said they could not deal with my deposit. Later on 12/8 I was called by Jake who said my deposit was non-refundable, after I briefly went over the above. The manager I called today was very rude and said they would not give my deposit back. Hidden Fee after Hidden Fee. Read and learn from my mistake. All pro moving LLC seemed like a cost efficient/ convenient option when compared to Uhaul (so many Uhauls are leaving CA that rental truck prices are skyrocketing). My wife spoke with assistant manager JoAnn Wistoski and we were quoted with a price we were happy with. 2 DAYS before our move, we were re-quoted with over a 20% increase to our original quote, even after removing a complete outdoor patio set and 2 large tv's (we did not add a single item to the move but I guess our shipping volume was "misquoted"). I was naturally frustrated and asked how cost is calculated with moving volume to see if I could calculate some items that would not be worth moving, (based on volume I would just sell stuff on offerup/ craigslist before the move IE: box springs, mirrors, tv's etc), thus reducing our overall cost. However, my question was met with "we don't do that" and "common buddy, its getting late" by sales manager Michael Price. I understand that adjustments to moves and additional costs can be common, especially for long distance moves like ours (for example: Our final destination movers told us that they would not be able to deliver to our house due to geography (truck was too big and driveway was too narrow) and would require a "ferry vehicle" at our cost (another $200). However, the lack of professionalism and the significant miscalculation of cost was one that would have had me reevaluate my options from the beginning if I had known of these hidden fee's. Im not one to seek "making things right" often, but I sent out two emails to two separate All pro accounts asking to speak to someone about a compromise and never got a response. No one should have to pay over $1,200 more than they signed up for on a $5,300 move. I was like many people that had turned a blind eye to the negative reviews and "shady factor" with this company, unfortunately my experience was very similar. Other red flags: - Locked us in with a contract and deposit and re-quoted us 2 days before our move so if we cancelled our move we would lose our deposit and have only 2 days to find another moving company. - All cash so no way to do a charge back on a credit card. - If you don't agree to pay their hidden fee's they will hold your things ransom and put your items in a high cost storage facility. I have never felt so pigeon holed in my life. I would not do business with this company again. Take an example from me and go elsewhere with your hard earned money. read more

They did not show up, they don't want to refund a $1044 down payment, instead, they offered to me $500 refund out of my $1044 down payment only if i delete my review, so I am the only one losing money and they don't let people know how dishonest and irresponsible they are! This company do not have any empathy with their costumers. Please save yourself some money, time and headaches by no purchasing their services. I'm honesty regretful about hired All Pro Moving Group. The reason why I hired All Pro Moving Growanted to avoid the stress of carrying my stuff across the country by myself. But they took $1044 as down payment and they did not show up. Now they don't want to give me back my money! They are not reliable! They quoted me $2249 for 19 pieces and 379 cu.ft. I hired them 4 weeks before of the moving date, then I payed a $744 (40% down payment) deposit. They asked me for an open window of time of 2 days to pick up my stuff; we agreed on December 19th and 20th. On December 17th, the week of the move they call me to check the inventory. They charged me $300 more, even though it was going to be fewer items. The day before the move, I called them to confirm when exactly they would arrive. I was informed it would be the 21st, which was not the agreed upon window. I told them this was unacceptable as I have to drive my car 23 hours to my new place and show up to work on Monday. The manager of All pro moving group Jake Walker (who was extremely unprofessional) couldn't give me an explanation, and just said the truck can't make it. There was no inclemental weather or something. I asked him if they couldn't make it, release me from the agreement and give me the money back. He said NO, then proceeded to yell at me saying that it wasn't his fault. He tried to say if I wasn't willing to give them more time I could cancel the service at my expense. After he finally stopped yelling on the phone, he told me he will call me to give me some updates about the service. He never called back. I got ahold of Shannon and told her that Saturday would have to work because I was out of options. She assured me a mover would be there Saturday. I call them on Friday December 20, at least 30 times to confirm the service nobody answered or returned my phone calls. I waited for them on Saturday December21, they never showed up! They are argued bc after they did not show up I quite calling them, they are not going to give me a full refund. I was doing the work that I paid them to do! Now they are asking me to delete the review to give me a $500 refund. This is a nightmare read more
