Our garage door came off the track, as my husband had to manually open it during a very bad snow storm, trying to get to our generator. It was all crooked & dangerous. I barricaded the opening gap on the bottom as we have bears & lots of critters. Replaced my 2 giant springs on the massive door of my Crazy Bernie Castle then he sprayed the juice on my rollers that made my door so quiet I thought it was broken again. We purchase a brand new garage door from All-Pro about a year ago. We had some problems with it from the beginning and Vic came out once to fix the issues and sent his installer one other time. The problem continued and when we called Vic again he was initially unresponsive to our calls and then missed 2 scheduled appointments. Garage door would not close due to broken spring and tension wires coming off. I called the owner of All Pro Overhead Garage Doors, Victor, late Friday evening and he told me a technician would come by between 10am and noon the following day (today). I managed to get the door closed but our cars were stuck inside. Mario came by at 10am and changed the torque conversion kit, installing new springs. My experience with Vic from All Pro Overhead Garage Doors was fantastic. I was referred to Vic by a coworker because my garage door was not working properly. I had already tried to make the usual adjustments to try and fix it on my own. Vic was very professional and scheduled an appointment for the following business day after I contacted him. He quoted me a very reasonable price to come out and assess the problem. The morning of my appointment, Vic called and said he was running early and offered to come out early if I wanted it. I gladly agreed and met him in my driveway shortly after. I showed Vic what I thought was wrong while he listened patiently; and he asked a few additional questions before giving his prognosis. Essentially, my easy, cheap adjustment doubled I. Price, when he informed me that he believed my spring was broken and that it needed to be replaced, great here goes my morning. Vic explained to me what needed to be replaced and surprisingly he said it would take about a 1/2 hour. He was done, start to finish in 45 mins. He replaced my spring, which he carried the parts with him, and adjusted, tightened and fully serviced my garage door. He did this courteously, efficiently and while he walked me through the whole process. I am more than pleased with his knowledge and service. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. BEWARE: Do not use this vendor... I called on July 1 - spoke to *Vic* who is apparently the owner...regarding either the repair or replacement of a garage door opener. He set up an appointment with me for today - and NEVER showed up. Furthermore, He NEVER had the common decency to tell me he would not be honoring the set appointment. This is despite my efforts for 2 days prior trying to reach him via phone and text (numerous times) to confirm the appointment - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... Guess he has all of the business he needs and does not honor his commitment to appointments he sets...
