Very fast response, courteous, and professional company. He's the only person who was able to do same day service. I called him and literally had someone at my house within 30 mins. Unfortunately the service guy looked at my opener and said I'd need a whole new motor so they couldn't repair it. They didn't charge me a service fee. Called Mike's for help with a Garage Door Keypad that was erasing the door remote codes. Vic provided exceptional customer service over the phone. He was positive, professional and displayed outstanding communication skills; especially listening patiently as I described the issue with Keypad. 5 star company. Came when they said they would, which is big for me. From my experience in Fresno about half the companies don't show up and don't bother even calling. The employee from Mike's showed me everything he was doing, was honest about what needed repair and what did not. He adjusted my remote so it works properly too. He made repairs quickly and lubed springs, hinges, rollers, and bearings. Do works like a charm. As if brand new (it's 12 years old) and so quiet you hardly notice it. Used them last week. We had an issue with the sensors. It started doing the same thing again over the weekend. Decided to call them to question them about this. We were not rude, just wanted to know why it was doing this again. We were kind of puzzled last week that he would use the same sensors instead of installing new ones. He told my husband you have to align the sensors, Man, and made no attempt to help us with this. We paid him, and it basically was our issue now. I called him back and asked why they wouldn't try to help us with this, and him and the women behind him were laughing at me. I questioned why they would laugh at a customer, and was told that people just don't get it that they have to align the sensors not us. I said I guess I'll have to find someone else, and was told whatever, and the women in the back kindly told me to F___Off. Have never been treated so disrespectful by any company we've ever dealt with. read more

Called Mike's Garage Door for a broken torsion spring on a double-car garage door. Scott arrived on-time, replaced both the broken spring along with the other one that goes with it, and he also went out of his way to explain how the older set of springs were of 2 different diameters and that the smaller one, the one that broke, was obviously doing more work and therefore getting stressed more quickly. The 2 new springs are the same size and not only does our garage door work nicely again, but it is also smoother and quieter when opening and closing. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! I called Mike and within a few hours after my origin call he came out right away to give us an estimate for our garage door repair. He explained everything that needed to be done and did a show and tell to explain why one panel of our door needed to be replaced as well as the damaged panel. We gave him the go ahead to replace the door and within three days we had the garage door panels replaced! The technician lubed everything and made sure the sensors we properly aligned and we were extremely happy! What great service!!!! BEWARE! Mikes Garage Door repair was supposed to replace a broken spring on my garage door. They priced at $129 and ended up to be over $350. They told my wife the other spring was bad ..it was replaced by a different company not long ago. Go with a company that has a good reputation. In the long run it will be cheaper!
