However, when I called within that next before the warranty was over to try and get someone to service the door, the man on the line seemed very annoyed and would not send anyone over -- he even said "if I send someone over and it's just basic maintenance then you're going to be charged for the visit." It was not kind and neither was it forward looking to try and maintain positive relationships with their customers. I didn't bother calling back. I think they can definitely work on that and also on advising on maintenance plans after they install.

We had just moved into our home 3 weeks ago & noticed that there was something that just was not right with the garage door. It was noisey & clunked. Our remotes were not working either. Gilbert came out today & by the time he left our door was working beautifully & no noisey clunk. He examined the rail & he was very smart in finding that their was a bend in the rail that he said was damaged from a previous incident where one spring broke which threw the door to one side causing the damage. It was not easily noticeable but he caught it. He also noticed that the wrong size springs were installed for our 8ft door which was causing our system to work harder & the garage door was not staying up properly. Gilbert fixed the damaged rail, he installed the correct size springs & changed out our metal rollers to nylon. He also programmed the Genie box on the outside of the garage, he also programmed our 3 remotes & he even programmed the button inside my car so I can control the garage from my car button with having to use one of the remotes. Gilbert went the extra mile! He is very knowledgeable & helpful & did it all with a smile. Thanks Gilbert, because of you I will definetly recommend you & your company to others! read more

Highly recommended - WONDERFUL service! Glen (my technician) came on time. Was courteous. He explained and showed that both springs on the garage door have snapped, that's why the cables on the rails came off - how the mechanics work in laymen terms so that I can report it to my husband intelligently via phone. He replaced the new springs and finished everything in an hour. As mentioned by many other reviewers, he even spent the time lubricating the repaired door, plus another garage door that was not being repaired at the time. He also shared useful garage doors maintenance tips. The "Yelp Deal" was honored without any problem. I do not know if it is the cheapest price, but the service was so good, and that he was so upfront with the pricing, explaining what things were needed to be done and what can wait..makes me think that he is confident with his pricing and workmanship. I called this company after noticing that my garage door was not working. The secretary on the line was able to schedule an appointment for a technician to be at my house to fix my garage door within the next hour. I was really impressed that they were able to see me in such a quick time frame! When the technician looked at the garage door, he was able to determine the problem right away and got to working. He replaced my springs, completely lubricated and serviced the garage and afterwards offered to replace my rollers on the sides for nylon ones. I thought for the price it was a good deal, so why not, I'll see if notice a difference. I did! My garage door ran a lot smoother and quieter than before and they guarantee their work. This company was recommended to by by our neighbors. Gilbert came out yesterday to replace door panels. In the process of doing so he discovered a couple of things that were wrong with the system. (I had noticed that it didn't seem to be working quite as it should over time, so I wasn't surprised.) After installing the panels he spent the next couple of hours fixing the problems. My garage door came cable came off side and door would not close or open. The company sent Gilbert to repair door. Gilbert arrived on time, and got repairs done quickly.
