The technician jacked up the car, carefully took off the rim, brought it in the garage and had the screw and plug in within a matter of minutes. Customer service was lacking. I waited about 30 minutes while the technician appeared to be teaching what looked like his young granddaughter how to work on tires. I don't mind someone learning, but it shouldn't come at the customer's expense. After finishing the repair, he simply said, "OK," and walked away without putting my spare tire back in the trunk. Found this place a few years back when my tires needed to be replaced. I love coming here versus some of the other shops in town. They are modestly priced, can special order tires and don't overcharge for patches on tires, etc. They are fast and the owner is very nice. They will answer your questions honestly and give you a heads up on why X Y or Z happened. The guys will make service recommendations for your vehicle and even offer just labor service if you have the materials, so you can just pay for the work. They don't try to up sell you on anything either. I have sent numerous people over to this establishment and would highly recommend it for the value. read more

With all the reviews about great deals, this was my first stop for new brakes. When I arrived I was quoted $380 per side to replace. He said this was a standard price for all vehicles, so to save anymore of you a trip. I wanted to give this place my business but another small shop did the work for almost half of what Guzman had quoted me. My advice keep driving there may be a better deal than this place. read more

We were heading up to the mountain when the tire pressure warning came on. Last time this happened it was a false alarm, but I pulled in to the gas station to check, and thankfully so. Bolt in the tire, hissing some air. Guzman happened to be a mere half mile down the street from where we were. He asked the tire size and gave a quote on fixing the tire. I was skeptical, knowing that when it's near the sidewall it's not always fixable... We pulled in with staff waiting outside (despite the heat!) He immediately had the tire off. He confirmed my thought about it possibly not being fixable, but popped it off and rolled it into the garage. It was actually pretty interesting to watch him work on it, I've never seen the process before. Despite the concern of the placement of the bolt, he said the direction was such that it had been fixable. Hooray for not having to buy a new tire! We were on the road again in under TEN MINUTES! The whole issue really could have been a big obstacle to our holiday weekend plans. Guzman made it nearly a non-issue and I left feeling grateful rather than stressed, frustrated, annoyed, delayed...Thank you Guzman Tire! read more

Diamond in the ruff!!! This place is a gem. Looks divey from the outside but this place is good. They are super professional and fast! I've had to come here twice now to get a tire patched cause I got nails in them. 15 bucks! And both times it only took 10 minutes! My husband even brought his 2015 Mercedes CLA here when he got a nail in his tire. And unless like most places that BS you into saying they won't patch it because it's a run flat tire and charge you for a brand new tire. Guzman's patches it up and my husband hasn't had any issues in months! They were very careful not to scratch his rims and just overall professional and awesome!
