Bobby isn't a jeffy lube. He is however, the most trust worthy mechanic in the town. Me and my family have been going to him for years. I can't tell you how many times Bobby has looked my mom in the eye and said. Lyn, grant can fix this himself you don't need to pay me to do it. The guy is a great diagnostician, and if it's something you can do on yourself he'll just be honest with you. One time my brother instead of going to him first decided they were gonna try and fix their car in the auto zone parking lot. Dumped a couple hundred dollars in parts trying to figure out what was wrong with it. They finally gave up and just towed it to Bobby's. He called back a few hours laughing "tell those knuckleheads, next time start with the cheapest fix, all that was wrong was a six dollar fuse." Didn't charge us nothing. It's so relieving to know your Mechanic is both skilled, and an honest god fearing man.

As a single woman this kind of service is hard to find. I always feel taken advantage of bc they think we don't know about cars but Leo put me at ease and was very kind and respectful. His labor rate was affordable, he kept me up to date with the eta on the parts, he texted me updates when he was doing the work, he even came up to the door to get the key to my car and to return it. (It's a long walk!) That leads me to my car...after a shady visit at discount tires (they insisted I needed 4 new after only a year and a half and after many negotiations and trying to leave I got the tires and they didn't balance them and over filled them shld be 32 psi and they were all in the 40s) Anyway- my car drives so smooth it's insane!! I wish this place was in Austin! I was on a road trip and started feeling my truck pulling and some…read moreodd vibrations. I checked the tires for bubbles or separations , peeped all the front end suspension to look for anything glaring and found nothing. I called around many places, all were too busy, Walton's said their alignment machine was tied up rest of the day, but to come by and they'd do a quick ride with me and help diagnose my issue. I really thought it was an alignment issue, but they said their best guess was a bad tire and referred me to discount tire, down the street. Sure enough, about a quarter of my front left tire's belt had heat separated. It was such a big section you could only see it when it was spinning. Thanks Walton's, I wish there were more like y'all!
