They installed my upgraded dimpled rotors and performance pads, replaced the front and rear Fox Racing shocks, Upper/Lower Control Arm work - everything done right. I took my car to them with a blown head gasket. They said no more than $6000 to rebuild the engine as necessary. I called them a week later to get the status and they said they could install a used motor with 90,000 miles for $10,000. I went and raise the hood, and it was easy to tell. They never even pulled a spark plug to see if the engine even needed to be rebuilt. Needless to say, I picked the car up and I will never do business with them ever. read more

I took my vehicle there for a simple diagnostic for a burnt out taillight...it took 2 days to get a response back. The diagnostic was "burnt out taillight"...which was obvious. Gentlemen proceeds to tell me how long it will take to get part. I decided to take my vehicle else where. It was $180 to have them perform this diagnostic....which seems somewhat expensive for the work performed. They stated if I purchased the taillight part...they will install for $120. I drove to Christian Brother in Waxahachie...they quoted $50 and abt 20-30mins to install. Being new to Midlothian I was trying to give a local business a chance to earn my business...lesson learned. I will not use nor recommend Integrity Automotive for any auto repairs. Last complaint...they was not responsive at all. read more

Great service and price. Shawn is awesome. He was quick to respond when my husband called letting him know we needed service for our Prius. His closing hours are 5 pm but he was gracious to wait since I work in Dallas and was going to drop off the car at 5pm. Shawn listened well and knew what was wrong with the car. I dropped it off Wednesday evening he called Thursday to let me know what was wrong and let me know he'd order the part. My car was ready for pick up Friday by 2:30 pm. Terrible customer service. Refuses to answer even the simplest and most specific of questions without paying them for diagnostics. Even when the question is a simple as how much it would be to replace a specific part. While I do understand it's easier to physically see the vehicle I also know that with the information given you could generate some type of idea as to what the issue may be. read more

I am very pleased with the brake job I got here. It included bearings, rotors, and the replacement of the ABS and traction module. It was done right and at a more than reasonable price. My friend who lives in Midlothian recommended them to me, and she got the recommendation from someone who restores cars. I was super impressed by the overwhelming number of certificates on the walls of their reception area. These guys really know what they are doing, and I appreciate their quality work. read more
