This pool service is the Best! I've been using them since we moved into the house in 1998. They are reliable, polite, do good work and fair priced. Most recently when the pool was being cleaned Taylor recognized the pool pump wasn't working. He notified Shane who texted me and opened a service ticket . Fortunately though the pump had to be replace the existing one was still under warranty. To my surprise we were able to address all the issues and approvals via text and phone. All Pure Swimming Pool Service lacks a key part in their title.... SERVICE. When service was set up I made a request for a text prior to their arrival. If no response from the text please call. As the Gate will always be locked and the dogs must be secured in the house. Originally it was agreed that they would be able to do this. Last month they neglected to call and of course the gate was locked. When I called to ask what happened they said that he found the gate locked and couldn't get in. I told them that the original arrangement was a text and call if necessary. They said yes, that was on the order and credited me for the missed service. They also took three months to get me on a "regular" schedule. Not knowing day or time they would come. Today 3-4 hours early and only text. read more

They are reasonably priced and do repairs for us if we need it. Also, they actually answer their phone (that seems rare these days!) Overall, I would recommend them. read more

We started using All Pure Pool Service when the pool company we were using went out of business. With the previous pool company We had gotten algae in our pool every every summer since we installed our pool .... Every summer except this past summer when all pure took over servicing our pool! They have been so helpful in any situation. They even went out to an emergency at another residence we have. I showed up and the pool was completely green! I called them and they came out right away and the pool was clear within that same day. They have been able to help us with several issues we've had come up from a leaking pool pump, bearings that went out, and a pool heater that wouldn't heat. Their prices on everything are good too! The chemicals are tested weekly, my pool is always pristine and I can count on them for any additional issues. We had an incident last week where a pipe burst behind my home. It created a fire hose type of release into my backyard and caused a mudslide from my hill into my pool. When it was done, my pool looked like a swamp. They were there when I needed them. She always answers my questions when I call in. I work from home, but am usually in meeting all day. Becky has noted that on our account and actually reaches out to me when I leave my dogs out on our service day so that we don't miss a week! Not sure it gets better than that!! My pool pump had some major issues. I tried calling the manufacturer to see if it was still under warranty. To no luck, I decided to call my pool company, I spoke with Jen. She stated that she would look into it for me. And like that, she found a Heyward Rep and a sub-contractor came out the next day to look at my equipment. The bottom line is, All Pool Spa delivered! We have used them since we purchased our home in 2002. The previous owner has used them as well. Always responsive. Prices are competitive. Wish they would set up auto billing and create a website for billing payments directly linked to them however. I believe they're working on this as we speak. read more

This place is horrible. The woman on the phone is the worst with customer service. I called to figured out a issue with the bill. I was explaining the situation all the woman on the phone get doing was interrupted me and started yelling and raising her voice at me. I told her after she was done yelling that that's not an appropriate way to speak to clients. She proceeded by telling me these were her words (oh and you are so perfect huh) I'm disgusted that's who this company hires. When I asked if there is anyone else I can speak to she said no just me and giggled. I'm over this horrible company. They need to train their employees better or hire better. read more

Ok, the women who works in the office is so rude. Every time I call she acts like I'm bothering her. They didn't show up for their last service and didn't even call me to reschedule, when I called their office she answered and lied to me about why they didn't come and had the worst attitude. I work with about 12 different pool maintenance companies for work and never have I had to deal with something like this. It amazes me that they keep her there. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! I will never recommend this company because of her! The guys who come out to clean and have done repairs have been amazing. Their are professional and courteous. However her horrible attitude and bad customer service is a disservice to this company. She makes the whole company look bad. read more

They are wonderful at letting your dog out of the backyard! Pool has been green since April, with them coming nearly every week. We have used All Pure for several years now, after never being happy with the way DIY worked out. They have always been on-time, professional and our pool looks great whenever we want to use it. This year when we came home from a weeks vacation, we found our pool looking horrible. After spending several hours on it myself, I called All Pure to come out (an extra time) to see if they could fix it - and they sent someone out same day! He not only rechecked the chlorine, but he added additional chemicals to fix the problem and even swept the pool down for me (we don't pay for cleaning - just chemical treatments) until my pool sparkled! This company takes such great pride in a job well done! I highly recommend them and their service. read more
