Customer Service score is 0, and maybe his repair jobs score would be a 1. He will slap on some cut rate garbage parts on your rig and say they are fine. We've had mixed experiences here. Some RV repairs were done well (like fixing a roof leak and securing a microwave mount). Unfortunately, our experience with a leaking storage compartment was both frustrating and costly. We paid $650 for the repair, but the first visit resulted in no improvement--it looked like nothing had been done. When we pointed this out after getting back to our storage location, we were told to bring the RV back, but received no explanation or apology from Tim. After a long wait, the rain seal was updated, yet the compartment still leaks badly every time it rains. At this point, we're out $650 and still need to hire someone else to properly fix the problem. What made matters worse was Tim's rude communication, unprofessional attitude, and complete lack of accountability, which turned an already disappointing situation into a stressful one. Honestly, given that the repair failed entirely, we should be refunded--but knowing Tim, that would be a battle we don't have the energy for. While some of the shop's work has been fine, we will not be returning after this experience. read more

The name is All RV, but for the owner - not all people! Tim (the owner) isn't very helpful at all, nor is he thankful for your business. We've taken our little trailer to him a total of four times and each time the shop has done just "okay work." Today we went in and my husband was trying to see if we could have our electric jack fixed before we move out of state. We are on a strict timeline. However, when my husband was explaining our situation Tim became visibly upset and called him "a pain in the ass." He then walked out mid conversation (not realizing that I was in our vehicle listening to the entire conversation) and I quote, "these FCking people come in here with STUPID FCking questions." Yeah, so my husband is a retired firefighter who had a 28 year career, volunteered to drive children with cancer to Lucille Packard Children's Hospital, and would do anything for anyone. This Tim person must be doing so well in his business that he feels he has Carte Blanche to say anything to anyone at anytime without a filter! Poor manners, poor judgment, and a horrible attitude. I predict this business will not last much longer with this poor attitude. Oh, and the reason we HAD to take it back so many times is because the "work" was subpar. We were in a bind when we were three hours away from home camping and saw our trailer axle was messed up. Fortunately Tim called us back soon and got us in on our way home. The estimate they gave was extremely reasonable. They could have screwed us over because they knew we needed to leave our trailer there to be repaired anyway, but they did not. They also found that a spring had broken. The repair took only a couple of weeks. We were happy to drive back to pick it up because any repair shop near us would have charged us way more. We were on an approximately 5,000 mile motorhome trip when we were in a dire need for a repair. We were in a bind when we were getting ready to leave an RV park in Joshua Tree and found that the spring had broken on one of our leveling jacks. We called several places and were thrilled when we found All RV had the spring that was needed for the repair and could to repair that day. My husband used a trusty clothes hanger to wire the leveler up for driving from Joshua Tree to Tucson. When we arrived, they immediately started on the repair, pointed out a nearby restaurant (we were starving) a short walk away, and had us back on the road in about 1.5 hours. They were professional, honest, and very accommodating. We highly recommend them for your RV needs. If we lived closer to them, we would have had them order springs for the other levelers and have them replace them. read more

I took my RV in two days ago and the owner son Tim was such a jerk and tried to bash me on Facebook and tag his friends and family to react to it when I was looking for a local place to help me because I didn't want him to work on it.He's very unprofessional and rude and told me that my RV was disgusting and dirty I also had to block him from my phone cause he would not stop texting me and talk to the adjuster. I have used ALL RV for all of my maintenance needs for my RV for many years. Tim, the owner, is very knowledgeable and competent and his prices are always fair and reasonable. This past labor day weekend, a 3 day weekend, I had planned on taking off for a 10 day camping trip and discovered my refrigerator was not working the Saturday before departure. All RV was closed and needless to say, there was no way to get it repaired or even looked at it before Tuesday. I took a chance and texted Tim to ask him what time he opened on Tuesday. He got back to me almost immediately and asked what the problem was. I called Tim to ask about my generator not powering my appliances, and he walked me through a series of questions, which I answered as best I could. After the over-the-phone diagnostics, we decided that the issue needed to be checked out in person. He made an exception and saw us first thing in the morning (I'm traveling with my family) for a quick look. Once we arrived, Tim found the problem right away and fixed it within a few minutes. We had other, non-urgent issues, so he sent us on our way, allowing us to continue our adventure. Wow. Our RV refrigerator was suddenly giving errors when running on propane. Propane was full and everything else on the rig that uses propane was running fine. A mobile technician in Lake Tahoe said we needed an expensive new solenoid. A *very large" and well known RV place in San Jose couldn't find any problem and told us to call the fridge maker. I took a chance and took it to ALL RV in Scotts Valley for another opinion. They knew right away the obvious answer was a clogged burner on the fridge... they popped out the panel cover and could see right away that the dirt and dust in here was causing the problem. Fixed it in 10 minutes and showed me how to do it myself in the future. I can't believe two other places didn't even think to try this, costing us a week of fridge problems and a LOT of money. Tim & Mike at ALL RV got me in right away given it was somewhat of a big problem meaning we couldn't travel... and fixed it in under an hour for a cost I felt was ridiculously low. I paid them more than they asked, at my insistence. These guys are the real deal... the know what they're doing, take a sensible approach to diagnosing problems quickly, they're friendly and fast, they show you what they're doing at each step (if you care), and charge a very fair price for their work. Threatened to punch me in the face and kicked me out of his store... I tried apologizing to him afterwards because I did feel pretty bad about it all. Well... needless to say I no longer feel bad about dumping some trash. I have only been to this shop once. I drove an hour to get there in my RV and fully expected to leave it there for a Grey water tank issue. I had no appointment and they were obviously busy. Owner walks up and takes a look at the issues, knows immediately what is going on and took care of it in 20 minutes then sent me on way with no charge! I am very disappointed in their professionalism. They came highly recommended. I needed flooring replaced. Tim told me specifics of what to get. I messaged with him to make sure I was getting the right stuff. I brought in the flooring i showed to him. The flooring was done sloppy and horribly. There are 6 screw drilled holes (empty), a gap in the slide out that exposes the rollers and they metal trim screws damage the flooring everytime. When asked about this the response I got was 'we did the best we could. If you bring it back we have enough good pieces to replace the screw holes'. I was offered a fix that should have been done prior to delivering my trailer. He just blamed the flooring product. Went way over estimate and I even had to bring 5 extra boxes of flooring for them to finish the job. I wasnt told the product was a problem until they were done. read more

I was in the market for a camper van and needed a pre purchase inspection. The price quoted was $187/hr for a 4 hour job and this amount had to be prepaid. I accepted these terms. After about an hour I received a phone call from the owner explaining the condition and his recommendation not to purchase. I was grateful for this. He went on to say that since they had only worked for an hour he would refund me the difference of $561. This refund has not materialized after numerous ignored phone calls, texts and payment requests through the payment application. I do not recommend this business due to the failure of his agreement to me. read more

On a recent trip through Santa Cruz we discovered propane gas smell inside the RV. Contacted another shop and they told us their first available appointment was a month away and recommended All RV instead. We contacted them and explained our urgency and they were able to see us right away! As soon as we arrived our mechanic (Mike) began to diagnose the problem. Within an hour he determined that a propane hose leading to the refrigerator (in the slide-out)had a leak, was able to disconnect it and cap it off so we could continue to use the RV. Since a new hose had to be fabricated, they told us where to pick one up locally to expedite the process, and scheduled us for the install the next day. We got there a few minutes before they opened the following morning and were greeted by our mechanic who began installing the new hose right away. This was a very complicated install since several components had to be removed to feed-in the new hose. Due to the inclement weather, he was also kind enough to let us stay in the RV while he did the repair and explained the process thoroughly (if you were interested to know). Greatfully, he was able to get us back on the road in a couple of hours! Thank you for making our recent trip a success! read more

Not very pleasant to do business with. They were supposed to sanitize our freshwater system and hot water heater. When I used the water the next day, I got hives from it and realized it was full of suds that probably contained lots of bleach. It took my husband and I two hours to flush the system properly and figure out how to do it. It took three tank loads of water to flush it clean. The hot water drain valve was leaking where it hadn't been before we brought it in so we also had to fix that ourselves. The hot water vent cover was broken and hanging off too. When I called for a refund on that service and stated the reason kindly that the job hadn't been completed, there was absolutely no apology, but rather arrogance and an annoyed tone and I was told it was a simple fix and we could have towed it back to him to do that (would've cost my husband two hours of time to in order to do that, though!) Very poor customer service overall. read more

He would not take the time to show us what work was done after we paid 1000$. only 10% of that was parts the rest labor!!! He yelled at us (two woman) picking up the RV to the point we felt unsafe. he told us to never come back & obviously we have no interest in doing business with him again. I hope no one had to be treated lIke we did. when the mechanic finally came out to talk to us, Tim came out again to say the time he was taking to show us what was done we should pay for since he already discussed this with my friends husband. the husband was not present & it was a simple ask to show us what was completed. they had the car jacked too high so we could not get it on the hitch so we had to ask for a jack. I would 100% never recommend this place. all be used of the attitude & communication of the aggressive & abrasive owner Tim. the technician was nice. but unfortunatmy. I have nothing good to say about this owner or establishment. All RV is the worst repair facility I have ever encountered!!! I had just purchased a 5th wheel trailer and I needed it inspected to make sure everything was in good working order The owner Tim pointed out that the roof appeared to be leaking and should be replaced along with the slide out seals Tim quoted me $4000.00 for the work and said it would take approximately a week I gave him $2000.00 cash to get the job started Time called 8 days later and told me that the job was done and that I needed to come pick up the 5th wheel because it is very large and taking up a lot of room in his yard I told him that I would be down the next day to get it if he was going to be open since it was Saturday He said he would be open So I got to the shop Saturday morning paid the remaining $2000.00 balance in cash Tim was not around and his worker that Saturday had no ability to run the forklift and get the 5th wheel out of their yard so he called Tim Tim arrived at the yard about 15 minutes later and he was furious He started yelling, screaming and cursing at me that I had disrupted his weekend We opened the door on the 5th wheel to inspect inside after the repairs There was dirt, debris and trash all over the floor, furniture and bathrooms from the repairs I was shocked I had just paid $4000.00 cash to find my trailer trashed I asked Tim if they where going to clean up this mess and he said " you paid me to fix it not to clean up the place" I told Tim I don't need you to clean the place but you should clean up the mess from the repairs He started yelling, screaming and cursing at me again He told me to get off of his property and that he would bring the trailer out to the street to me He jumped on the fork lift and grabbed the fifth wheel and very roughly started dragging it out of the yard Once Tim got the 5th wheel to the street he slammed the trailer to ground jamming one of my landing gear legs I told him that he had just jammed the leg by slamming the trailer in the ground He went crazy screaming in my face that it was previously jammed He then drove the fork lift back into his yard Screaming that I needed to get my pickup truck off of his property I walked up the driveway to move my truck and Tim came running up flipping me off and started yet again to scream, yell and curse All of this rude crazy behavior was done in front of his 10 year old son He got into my face saying he wanted to kick my ass I asked why he was acting this way and if he didn't have any pride in his work He just kept yelling and telling me to get off of his property So I pulled my truck out onto the street while we attempted to hook up the trailer and unjam the landing gear Tim came flying out of the parking lot in his truck screeching to a stop, rolling down his window and started yelling and screaming again that he should kick my ass!! All the while his son was sitting in the seat beside him He threatened me by saying that if he ever saw my face in public again he would kick my ass I do not know why Tim is such an angry little man or how he is even still in business But I feel like he needs to be on medication because he is completely out of control and if he actually losses it someday and actually touches a customer he will be sued and probably lose his bus read more

These guys are knowledgeable and experienced with RV service. Did a great job resealing my leaking trailer roof and changing out my old battery for a pair of 6 volt batteries in series. They take pride in their work and completed when they said they would. Tim's rates were rather reasonable as well. He is not going to hold your hand and pat you on the head, but he will do a great job and communicates progress via text. Will definitely be going back as this level of quality repair and expertise is rare. read more

I was a bit hesitant to come in after reading some of the negative reviews, but I had some questions about my trailer connection: the lights didn't seem to be working. Tim, the owner, answered and said they were two weeks out for repairs, but to come in and they could easily determine whether it was my truck's connection, which was most likely the cause of the problem. I went up there and though they were all busy, Tim called an associate who came out, crawled under my truck and spent a half hour testing the connector, replacing a fuse, and informing me of what needed to be done. I did need a part, but there was no pressure, no up-selling... just facts. And when I asked about camper tie-downs, Tim was very helpful in answering questions about how to proceed with those as well. Regarding the negative reviews: I am sure there are many factors involved in these incidents. These guys are mechanics who are working with enormous machines at times and I suppose they can be short tempered (though I didn't experience that.) I also know that many customers can be impatient, rude, and demanding (which I have experienced many times.) Put the two together and you may have a sticky situation. But my experience was fine, and I will be going back to get some sealant for my camper shell so it will stay dry when it rains. read more

Our new-to-us Jayco Jay Feather travel trailer was not charging its battery, and I wasn't able to find the problem myself, so I called All RV and left a message. They got back to me quickly via text. Despite being very busy, they were able to fit me in, and a few hours later they had fixed the problem (a blown fuse that I had missed). In addition to their service center, they have a retail shop that stocks spare parts, towing accessories, and consumables. Needed a electrical plug on my RV moved so went by to get a quote. Was told $400 and asked to confirm it would be $400, he said yes, so scheduled an appointment. Took it in the next week to be done. After leaving it off he called and said it would be $700 even though he quoted $400. So I came to pick it up and found he had not put things back and it was a mess. Drove for 11 hours with 2 boys eager to start a vacation. (RV was paid for in advance and no refunds are allowed). Arrived at 11:58pm to be told that lunch break is from 12:00-1:00 and they were unwilling to help us until lunch was over. "Lunch" was everyone sitting around in the office while we awkwardly waited in the parking lot for them to finish enjoying their lunch hour. Baffling display of horrible service. To make matters worse, after posting this review, the owner said, "unless you remove your bogus Yelp review, I will not rent you (the PAID for) RV!" This man completely ruined our vacation. Leaving our family of 4 stranded in Santa Cruz in July. We left his building with no RV and since we booked through a 3rd party, no reimbursement of charges. Can he do this legally? I think we will find out. Horrible business owner, but more importantly Tim is an awful, angry, vindictive, vengeful person! Warning to others - he will hold negative reviews against you..post them liberally after you have left the building though.
