As many others have stated, Oscar is the best! You can trust him to do a fabulous job. My tenants were very complimentary at how professional Oscar was and what a clean and thorough job he did. He went above and beyond by agreeing to help change lightbulbs at the top of our stairs. He helped solved a problem for me as my tenants have been requesting me to change those for a couple months now and I didn't have a tall enough ladder. He also changed the dryer bulbs for us. He has such a great attitude, is extremely helpful and is a pleasure to work with. Living in Mahwah for almost 10 years in a condo development, we are required to get our dryer cleaned out once a year. For the past 3 years I have used Oscar, and it every year it is a smooth process. They came in yesterday, Wednesday at 8:00 am, and did what they needed to do, and were done in 30 minutes max. I called them for service in March, I told them what I needed and where I was located, they did not bring a ladder or the cap for the vent. They were scheduled for the following week but the truck broke down. Following week they come and clean the vent and place the cap on, they tell me they will be back during the week to finish the job. They didn't return but this was then end of March so I understand covid is happening. After a month I called to remind them, they promise it will be down that week, nothing. Called a few more times, always promise it will be taken care of and never is. read more

Let me just tell you that Oscar was one of the best service people I have ever had do anything in my home. And that counts for every service I have ever had done. The minute I opened the door, I knew he was courteous, respectful and would do the job right. Not only did he do the job right but he saw something very wrong with my dryer vent and pointed it out and repaired it right there and didn't charge me a dime more. Amazing service....they had worked all day without getting a break and were on their way to another job. I interviewed three duct cleaners. Two out of the three seemed professional, but Oscar at All Seasons stood out. He took the time to educate me on the cleaning process. His price was competitive. Not the cheapest but not overly expensive. He was able to clean my 11,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse in two days with no real disruption to my company. Do not use these people. They had to come 3 times to clean the air ducts and check the motor. In addition, they were supposed to clean the dryer vent, but never did. Worst part is they were paid for the job. read more

I recently used All Seasons Air Duct Cleaning for our dryer vent cleaning after finding the great reviews on Yelp. I felt confident from the moment I called and spoke to Oscar as he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything over the phone. He and his assistant arrived on time and proceeded to clean our dryer vent. Living in a townhouse, we have to clean our dryer vents every 2 years. Oscar cleaned the dryer from the inside and his assistant cleaned the vent from the outside of the unit. They were very thorough and efficient. Our previous experiences with air duct cleaners have been fair to poor. Due to covid, Oscar entered our home with a mask and wore shoe coverings. He and his assistant were clean and they thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent. Oscar was courteous, explained everything to us and did the job for a fair price. Our tenants complained of a burning smell coming from the dryer so we called a repair guy to come. Upon inspection, he said there was nothing wrong with the machine and they could resume using it. We didn't feel comfortable with that and figured the vents needed a cleaning, so we called Oscar. He was able to accommodate our tenant's schedule and came after hours himself. He was able to assess the problem, which was an internal obstruction that the first repair guy should have caught since fixing washers and dryers is what he does for a living. Oscar was prompt, professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable. He had to come back to replace a part that he didn't have on him, and he did so exactly when he said he would. He really came through for us in a pinch. His pricing was fair and the only surprise was that he didn't charge us more since he did more than just clean the vent. We will continue to use Oscar for maintenance on our unit. Please don't hesitate to call him. I could tell by talking to him over the phone that we were in good hands, and our tenants confirmed it. I would highly recommend All Season Air Duct Cleaning. Oscar and his team are professional, and courteous. As a preventative measure, our condo association required we have our dryer vents cleaned and All Seasons was the recommended vendor. They were easy to deal with, explained what they were doing and were in and out in about 15 minutes - and they were reasonably priced. All things you want in a situation like this. However, I have to say, they went above and beyond for me - and here's why. My hot water heater is next to my washer/dryer. So, when the work was being done on the dryer vent, they were working in tight quarters - and must have accidently hit the switch for my hot water heater (which is electric). This meant that I had no hot water! And while it was a very simple fix - just flip the switch - I didn't realize that. So, I had a plumber come in and check things out - and felt quite foolish when he explained it all to me. Anyway - I called Oscar to explain in case it happened to anyone else. He was appreciative and apologetic. And - he reimbursed me for the plumber! I mean that is integrity and good business. So, thank you Oscar and team! read more
