Great experience with Air Duct Brothers last Friday. Cleaned my dryer vent, which is approximately 18 feet high outside. Explained what they were doing, took maybe 25 -35 minutes, cleaned up, debriefed and left. For $148 ($198 less $50 coupon) it was well worth not doing this on my own again. They can on the earlier side of the service window provided. Upon arrival, one of the guys looked at my unit and talked me through the entire process. We then did a walkthrough of the house to make sure we had an accurate count of the vents. After that, he went through add ons and pricing. The service was fairly quick and they cleaned up very well afterwards. I wish the add-on services were shared as options during the quote stage. I planned on paying in cash and hearing about the add on services while they were here caused me to have to run out to the bank while they were completing the service. read more

Easy company to work with. I e-mailed for availability, got a few times that worked for us, the techs (Igor and assistant) called 20 minutes before coming over and showed up in the window that I was given over e-mail. When they got here, they pointed out that our gas dryer vent wasn't actually connected to the outlet. We knew that the air quality in the basement wasn't great when we were running the dryer, but given that we have a gas dryer, that's additionally a carbon monoxide hazard. They fixed the vent for a reasonable price, vacuumed out the rest of the vent, pulled out a few socks that have probably been there for years, and were done in less than 20 minutes. Nothing else to add, will probably call them back when we need HVAC cleaning based on this experience. read more

The price was fair and comparable to other companies in the area. Adam and his assistant showed up on time and thoroughly explained the whole process to me. He respected my dog and cat, and kept the doors closed after cleaning the rooms, to ensure they would not escape. They kept us in the loop about which floors they were finished with, how to properly install filters and best filters to use, and even vacuumed once completed. I have been dealing with difficulty with my sinuses. After going to an ENT then an allergist with no relief I decided to get my air ducts cleaned. I am not the brightest home owner, and it never even occurred to me to have my vents blown out. I refuse to say how long I have owned my home, but let's just say Air Duct Brothers had their work cut out for them when they arrived. My appointment was super easy to schedule and they showed up on time and did a great job. The price they quoted me was accurate and even though I needed a service access installed on the ductwork, the add on was a reasonable charge. I also learned a lot about my ductwork and have a better idea now on how to take care of it moving forward. A little meow and some scratches were being heard from our vents and I called Air Duct Brothers right away for help. I wasn't sure where exactly the kitten was but after I sent a short video, Andrew knew it was in the main air duct. He responded and arrived almost immediately. I just had all my vents and ducts cleaned by Air Duct Brothers and I have to say I was very impressed! They came to our house about 10 minutes early and were happy to wait outside while I got ready for them. I then walked with them through the entire house, looking at my furnace, air conditioning unit, all the vents, and our dryer, all the while explaining what they were going to do exactly and what additional costs / options they can provide. Once we agreed on everything (I asked to to have the dryer duct cleaned and spray sanitizer through all the ducts as well) they started up and were all done within the time time he said it would take. He walked the house again with me, ensuring everything was in order and working well, went through before and after pictures of the ducts that they cleaned, and offered tips for how often the cleaning should be done (clean your dryer duct at least once a year, never knew this was one of the leading causes of house fires!). Very professional, one of the owners of the company actually coming and doing the work, not some random person booking the business and hiring other contractors to do the actual work so he/she can just collect a commission.
