Ordered two arrangements for my sister-in-law's funeral from Emily the day before it was needed. We discussed one of them over the phone, told her the color I'd like and that I would trust her judgement and expertise. It was exactly right. For the other one, Emily and I found one on the Teleflora website that I liked a lot. It was beautiful in the picture but when I saw Emily's finished version of it at the funeral home it was the most beautiful arrangement that I had ever seen. I live in the Los Angeles area and used Teleflora to send a beautiful Get-well/Christmas arrangement to a family member who just had major surgery. The arrangement was carefully selected by her grandchildren. Well, the arrangement was delivered today by All Seasons Florist. First of all, it was NOT what I ordered nor was it similar. And, see attached photos...it was suppose to be a happy snowman vase not a depressing barren tree vase. WTH?! Again, NOT what I ordered. The arrangement does NOT even pass as a substitution because it is so much smaller than what I ordered & paid for (the photos are proof). ALSO, see photo of the card...so many misspellings! All they had to do was copy the message I had already typed out when I ordered the arrangement. I cannot imagine any florist sending this out and putting their name on it. No pride of ownership whatsoever! As embarrassed as I am that this was delivered as a gift from me, the owner of this flower shop should be MORTIFIED that this is the quality of work that their employees are creating & delivering. "Disappointed" does not begin to explain how I feel. Shame on you, All Seasons Florist! BTW, I had to leave 1 star or this review would not post. You get ZERO stars in my book. read more

I've received flowers from this place in the past so I decided to gift some to my partner. I placed my order and got an email confirmation. The following morning I get another email confirming again that my order was placed and will be ready to send out. I get a call from my partner all confused about some flower arrangement being mixed up which ruined the surprise. The florist lady calls me and tells me there has been a mix up and that I needed to cancel or re order my flowers. I go ahead and order it. And this time ask that I go pick it up. When I talk to Melanie she apologizes and lets me know that she has no idea where the confusion was and that they didn't mean to ruin the surprise. I ask if i can get a discount for the mix up and if they can refund the delivery charge of 14 dollars. She said " I placed extra roses to compensate for that charge". Overall they ruined my surprise, called my partner, made me reorder, had me pick them up from across town and not even refund me the delivery fee. I don't care so much about reordering and picking up., I am upset about them not caring and at least giving me a discount or credit for next time. There wont be a next time. read more

I've ordered from 1800flowers and they notify you when the delivery has been made but there was not any communication in regards to this. Because if this I would not recommend them as I am unsure if they were even delivered and I paid $67 and have to go based on their word . I ordered a standing floral spray for my grandmother's funeral & it was beautiful. I got the recommendation from Coolie's Mortuary, since they were having the casket spray made at All Seasons. I ordered a purple standing floral spray online, intending to call All Seasons to ask for it to match the casket spray, since they were making both. With all that was going on I completely forgot to call. When I got to the church, to my surprise the standing floral spray & the casket spray complemented each other perfectly. My aunt tried surprising my mom with some flowers for her birthday but they delivered the flowers to the wrong house. They called us saying that the house they went to had no one there which isn't true because my entire family was home all day and there was not a single knock or ring at the door. I have patronized this business for many years and have never been disappointed. Recently I had two funerals to attend on the same day. I wanted to show my respects to the widow, so on my way to the funeral reception, I called with only four minutes remaining to the close of their business day. What great customer service!
