The online order process was easy, and they had a nice selection. The flowers arrived the same day, and the delivery fee was reasonable. My friend loved the flowers. They made her day! Well it was prom night and I forgot to order the corsages! Called all over town and everyone said they had to be ordered a week in advance. Vons was nice enough to offer to make them same day but I couldn't pick the colors it would be whatever they had available which is understandable because I didn't order a week ahead. Then I called White Oaks Florist and Kathy was the best said no problem give me 2 hours and made them with whatever colors I wanted. She saved this momma big time and the girls Corsages are just beautiful and matched their dresses perfectly. WOW!! I went in around 2:45 on Thursday and asked for the impossible. I needed a WOW arrangement by 4pm on Friday. I stupidly waited for the last minute (don't do this-it doesn't always turn out) but I took a risk trying somewhere new and now I'm ruined.... Because I can never go anywhere else!! The staff was awesome and oh boy, did they deliver! I asked for pinks and the wow factor and got SO much more!! My daughter was SO happy and carried her beautiful AMAZING bouquet proudly all night. She didn't want to set them down! If you are looking for that WOW factor, you HAVE to come here! They had a large variety to choose from especially being the week of graduations but to be honest I didn't give them much to work with besides the 2 listed above (pink and wow) You definitely get the BANG for your bucks!! As someone who has worked in customer service their whole life, greeting people is very important. I wasn't greeted. I was lost, I got no help or asked if I needed anything. I was going buy to some flowers but the bigger guy that was going to check me out didn't convo with me or anything. So I decided not to buy them or went the another florist down the street by a tattoo shop and she was amazing. I was greeted and answered all my questions. I'm torn about this review. What they did great: They did a great job at communicating with me about the certain flower boquete I ordered (I'm in AZ). I'm not extremely picky, I just asked to build something beautiful and confirm delivery. Where they failed: Possibly a mistake on my end as well for not reminding them to confirm delivery with me and recipient. Flowers have been delivered but to an empty home. Flowers have been placed outside since Friday 19th with a teddy bear, it's been 4 days, who knows the condition of the flowers and if they're still there. No one called the recipient to confirm delivery and now this thoughtful gift has gone down the drain. Thank you. read more

My boyfriend has used White Oaks Florist before and I don't remember a problem...but that was about a year ago. He ordered 2 bouquets online about a week ago, one for my birthday and one for Valentines Day. Each to be delivered a week apart. They ended up delivering the Valentines bouquet first, which on the card had a delivery date of 2/12, it was 2/5. I called myself to let them know and didn't know at the time there was a different bouquet that was supposed to be delivered on 2/5 for my birthday, which was the week of the 5th. They showed up to exchange the flowers that same day after I called them to let them know of their mistake. They apologized to me, but at no point contacted my boyfriend (who spent the money) to let him know. I then received the same bouquet of roses that was originally delivered, that they took back on the 5th, on Monday the 12th...everyone in my office agrees they are the same. They are already dying and it's day 3. I'm sure the bouquets are not cheap so they definitely need to do better and they should have, out of courtesy called him to let him know considering he spent so much money with them. Loose roses for walk in service were beautiful and economical at $3 each. Not a huge selection to choose from but I did have a choice of a few colors as well as short or long stem. I was able to pick up a card too. Some gifts seen on display as well as home seasonal decor. The shop appeared neat and clean. I remember however why I do not shop here often. Service is terrible even at the register. No pleasantries. And do not expect a welcome when you walk in. Too bad as I like the location and quality of what I purchased. read more

I hate to be doing this to a small business and normally do not leave any review even if I do receive bad service because you do not have to go back to that business again. But I do have to leave this review for potential customers so that they do not have to go through what I experienced. It started with me ordering the flower wreaths tor my husband's grandfather's funeral on behalf of my parents who leave out of town. I ordered the flower wreaths called Rainbow of Remembrance Spray through Teleflora and chose this specific flower shop based on the Yelp reviews. What was delivered was definitely nothing like the picture in the advertisement. There is no resemblance to what was ordered vs. what was delivered. One in the advertised picture is colorful but the one that was delivered has no colors what so ever but just a few white roses with lilies that are not bloomed at all. Pictures are included so the customers can choose the flower shop that will actually deliver what is ordered per the request. A complaint was filed with Teleflora but customers should be aware that this business does NOT follow customer's request and will NOT deliver what is ordered. I wonder if this is a new way of cutting costs lol. read more

We are here at the viewing of our Grandpa, and the spray from the grandchildren turned out SO beautiful. This is grandpa's fishing hat and lures from Minnesota.
