Their website showed they were open, yet no one responded to my email. After calling three times, someone finally answered and said they were "out of town" and had just checked emails. By then, it was too late to find another florist, leaving me to scramble last minute for a very important occasion. To make things worse, I am still waiting for my refund of $119.08. For something as sensitive as a funeral, this level of service is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

I understand that when certain flowers are not available, substitutions are made but in this case there was no substitution for the missing flowers except for a foil balloon (which I don't think it a proper substitution). There is no fuchsia stock, raspberry sinuata statice, or sword Fern. I recommend other florists in the area.
