The job was a big one, but these guys knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. The whole process began several years ago when we realized our retaining wall was on the brink of collapse. We had seen Natural Green's trucks around the neighborhood, maintaining our neighbors beautifully landscaped yards and always admired their work. When a mason we had worked with recommended them, we made the call and set up a consultation right away. Arlindo arrived on time and ready to get down to business. He's polite, warm and very, very smart -- this guy knows his landscaping. We went over what we wanted to do, what needed doing and how is should be done, and within a day we received a quote. It was very reasonable, but still a lot of money -- something we definitely would need to save up for. Fast forward to a year and a half later, and we were ready to roll. Arlindo stuck to his initial quote, which we appreciated, and when we needed to go a little deeper and get more work done, he and his team worked very hard to come up with the best possible price, and walked us through exactly how they did that. The end result is a beautiful back yard, patio, fence, stone wall and front yard that not only enhances the beauty of my home, but increases the value of the property as a whole. I have never seen such a hardworking group of men in my life, and the fact that such a dramatic transformation took place over a few short months is amazing to me. Through it all, Arlindo, his father and their team were a pleasure to work with, so much so that we've had them back to make sure everything is kept in tip-top condition. I gave him a drawing of what I wanted done (that was lost and I had to reproduce) and I was told they were very busy, but they would fit me in this year... "promise". Then it was an email out to ask how the quote was coming a month later, and another promise... a few more emails, more promises.
