At the same time I made those arrangements, I also made arrangements for a pickup at Love Field on Oct. 29 to take me home. I never heard another word from them. On Oct. 28th, I texted them 3 times asking for communication about my return trip. On the morning of the 29th, I called them 3 times before my return plane took off at 1:30 and only got a message machine. No return call. When I got to Love Field, they of course, were not there. I had to scramble to find a ride back to Wylie. I will never use Rockwall Shuttle again and would not recommend them to anyone! Linda G

The dispatcher was very nice and immediately sent a driver. They were unable to send a cab so they sent a town car. The driver was very nice and got us to the airport on time.
