After speaking with us, they told us that they could not provide us with any service because we were late and that we would have to make another appointment and come back on a different day. My daughter and I were honestly shocked. We couldn't understand why, when there were four employees sitting there with nothing apparent to do, not one of them was willing to take a moment to see what we wanted to do with our hair. What makes this even more confusing is that your website clearly says "Walk-ins Welcome," which gives customers the impression that they can walk in without an appointment and receive your services, depending on availability. So why were we treated this way? The way we were treated felt extremely unwelcoming and, frankly, discriminatory. The lack of greeting, the long wait before anyone even acknowledged us, and the refusal to provide any service despite the circumstances left us feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. This was a very disappointing experience, and I absolutely do not recommend this place. Honestly, this place doesn't deserve even one star because of the discriminatory way we were treated. I also forgot to mention that they charged us a $50 booking fee and then refused to refund our money, even though they did not provide us with any service. There was no other sugarist who could wax me, the only option they gave me was to reschedule me for a different date. There's nothing ruder than wasting someone else's time! This could have easily been avoided and they could have retained a customer if they didn't drop the ball with communication.
