It has also built up a strong regular clientele, which probably contributes to this complacency. I tend to be pleasant and willing to enjoy a salon experience. However, when I walked in I was not greeted by anyone, including co-owners Tiffany and Tina, who clearly saw me arrive. My nails were done by a man who never introduced himself but just sat me down and began doing my acrylic fill. He was terse, uncommunicative and impatient. I was so uncomfortable and unhappy by the time I left that I could hardly wait to get out of there. I actually called the guy out on his rudeness when he took my money, telling him I had never felt so unwelcome in a nail salon. He could not have cared less. And I doubt the two owners cared, either. All the awards and praise in the world do not excuse treating a new client this way - it's just plain bad business practice, ladies!

We were rushed to pick out our color, the paint is all over our actual fingers and under them and the shapes of the nails are terrible. Mine are completely uneven as far as shape and actual paint. They are blochy and unevenly painted, they are thick painted near the cuticle and the nail is wavy in shape. My daughters are uneven in shape on the tips and half of them are pointed in different directions as well as paint all over her fingers. I took her back inside to get the clumps underneath the nail shaved down some and she replied with, "you need to wash your hands". She took the cuticle cutters and cut underneath 2 of them. Water wouldn't have helped the disaster she is in left with. Very unsatisfied with our rushed visit. $90 to be unpleased with our nails.

I have been a regular customer of this nail salon for well over a year…read more In April 2026, during a routine gel manicure, a new nail technician was removing my gel polish when he stopped and told me that I needed to see a doctor immediately because I had fungus under every one of my fingernails. Naturally, I was very alarmed. I told him not to apply new polish because I intended to go directly to my doctor. As I was paying, another employee, a female technician whose name I do not know, asked why I was leaving without having my nails polished. I explained what the first technician had told me. She examined my nails, took me back to a nail station, redid my manicure, and assured me that I did not have a fungal infection. She specifically stated that the previous technician "didn't know what he was talking about." She then applied new gel polish to my nails and advised me to soak my nails in salt water to help my cuticles. Based on her reassurance, I believed there was nothing medically wrong with my nails. Over the following weeks, I noticed unusual growth developing underneath my nails. When I returned to the salon on May 22, 2026, for another manicure, I expressed my concerns to the nail technician. My concerns were dismissed, and I was led to believe there was nothing to worry about. A couple of weeks later, I removed the gel polish myself and immediately saw significant damage to all of my nails. I scheduled an appointment with my physician, who confirmed that I have a fungal infection under all ten fingernails. I have now been prescribed oral antifungal medication, which I must take for at least six weeks, with the possibility of a longer course if the infection does not improve. I am extremely disappointed by how this situation was handled. The salon had an opportunity to encourage me to seek medical treatment when the infection was first identified. Instead, an employee assured me that there was no fungus, applied additional gel polish, and continued providing nail services despite my concerns. As a result, my diagnosis and treatment were delayed, allowing the infection to worsen. I am also concerned that if the salon knowingly performs services on clients with suspected fungal infections without proper precautions, it could place other customers at risk.

It has been...4 days?..since i went there and i noticed this morning that the acryllic fill that was done is lifting. My nails looked great at first but did not last at all. They also only accept cash or check--so go to the ATM first. The stars im giving are for the quality of the shop and pleasantness of the women who work there, but not for the quality of work. I asked him to lower his voice, but he loudly went on about how "nervous" I made him - something I've never been accused of, since I make every effort to be pleasant and low-key. I finally told him he was making ME nervous, did not leave him a tip, and when I left vowed never to go back, and I never have. I later did some research and learned his shop was charging considerably higher prices than other salons in the area for the same services. Never again!
