The service itself was fine but with alot of services i have been working with they have taken care of digging calls, permits. Etc... I had to try and reach out to gopher state myself which turned out to be useless because no one knew what I was talking about so in the end I could not get part of my service completed which leaves me with a huge stump in my back yard read more

I am very happy with this company and would hire them again. They were very affordable. I had them remove a rotted, split Catalpa tree near my fence. I am so relieved that they were able to avoid damaging my fence. After removing a problem tree, they went above and beyond and trimmed the dead branches off the adjacent tree. I would caution anyone about using this tree service. I am selling a house, and was referred to All Seasons to trim some branches from the roof and outside wall. They gave a reasonable estimate and did the work just fine. But in trying to pay (to avoid a contractor's lien on the property), both I and the realtor left about 20 messages between us for All Seasons. They never called back to take my credit card to pay, although we agreed to this payment arrangement before the work was done. The title company was able to contact them and asked for an invoice (for the lien, which could be avoided if they'd let me pay them!!) Normally, a company who doesn't let you pay them would work out fine. But not when you are selling a house. There are plenty of other certified arborists in the Twin Cities; surely you can find another. read more

We have used All Seasons Tree Service for several yrs and always had a good experience and respect for the owner Larry. We also recommended him to others and they hired ASTS also. After our experience this yr we will no longer use this company. Larry came out, talked to us about which trees we needed removed and said his team would be back in a few weeks. The estimate seemed higher than usual but since we trusted Larry we figured it was the going rate. The team arrived this past Saturday and while working they removed a healthy birch tree that was not in the estimate, let the oak tree that needed removal fall onto a wooden bench we had in our yard, crushing it AND they damaged my neighbors lawn and told them they'd come back to repair it and never returned. My husband spoke to the guys about everything when they were here and no one would take responsibility for the bench or additional tree they cut down. We've made the decision to no longer use this company for tree trimming or removal and to not recommend them (all prior people have been informed not to use them in the future also). It's sad to see what was once a good company go down hill like this. Update: 11/21/16 - Larry called me on 11/14/16 and said he'd return to the following day to fix the neighbors property. 11/15/16 has come and went and he has not repaired it. 6/12/17 Update: Larry never fixed the damage they did to neighbors yard. read more

All Seasons Tree Service provided a very competitive estimate for tree removal. However after 3 scheduled appointment, they never showed up. First time, they called 20 minutes before scheduled appointment to tell me Xcel had called it off because of weather. Xcel truck arrived on time. I call All Seasons Tree but they had already called off their crew. 2nd appointment: Xcel showed up again. All Seasons Tree was a no show. No call for a week. No explanation was provided. Xcel guy had told me they told him, they had just forgotten. After a week they called back and we scheduled once again. I made sure to let them know this was extremelly incovenient, because i live in a dead end alley and have to let the neighboors know so they can get their car out before Xcel truck shows up. So this time, I called the night before to make sure they would show up. Larry answered. It appears to be either waking up or drunk. Not sure. He had no idea what I was talking about. So Tony called and got the details. He told me he would have to get Larry to call me back. Next morning around 7:30 am voice mail he could not show up because his crew had just spent 70 hours over the weekend (Snow storm of April 14th) and he would not ask his crew to work any more. So I cannot comment on the actual work, but this experience would show me sign of lack of responsibility and respect to potential clients read more
