They gave me a straightforward breakdown of what was actually wrong and the pricing was very fair for the area. The guys at the desk are down-to-earth and don't give you the runaround. The only reason I'm knocking off one star is that communication can be a little slow on busy days--it took them a bit longer than expected to call me back with the initial estimate.
