They said I could either request a refund or wait for them to come back in stock. I requested a refund, and I got told it would be put in. That's all cool. What's not cool is being told that I would see the refund in 3-5 business days and having to find out that 4 weeks later I still wouldn't see the refund. It's not a crazy amount of money, but $100 could still go a long ways for me. I've emailed them, no response. I've called them 30+ times, no answer. I've directly messaged their "CEO" Rob Hane over FaceBook Messenger about it, and still no answer. I've called the businesses around their supposed location and they've all said they've never even heard of the company. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. IT'S A WASTE OF TIME AND WOULD BE BETTER SPENT AT A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY.

I have been a client of K & S for over a year now. They were highly recommended by my next door…read moreneighbor and the people I bought my house from. They are from Croatia as well as the K & S brothers. I thaught at the time I could not possibly get a better recommendation. I sould have been more alert few months later when they replaced a catalyctic converter on one of my wife's cars. Looking back at our bills from our previous mechanic in the old neighborhood, I noticed this part was already replaced few months earlier. The K & S brothers told me the previous guy didn't do it wright. I could not prove anything so I let it slide. This time however it was very obvious they were out to get me. I have a 2008 car that has 21000 miles on it. I don't do much mileage anymore so the tires got cracks on them because of age, not miles. I brought the car to K & S to have the 4 tires replaced. They told me after checking, that I also needed brake pads (the front one).the back one were only half gone. Meanwhile they had replaced the pads on that car a year ago and the pads have only about 2000 miles on it. When faced with it, at 1st they denied ever replacing it (I have their bill) and after that they said they made a mistake. I am a retired mechanical engineer, I can tell when a car needs brake or not and this car's brake are in brand new condition after only 2000 miles. There is no mistake there. I will make sure to let the people who recommended K&S so highly to be aware.
