My tire sensor and coolant sensor both popped on just a few weeks after going to the Mercedes dealership. I called ahead, a few minutes before they open, on a random Tuesday morning and the woman said to bring in my car. I stopped by and they took a look at the tire and coolant. They topped my air and antifreeze off, no fuss and no muss. I was out the door 30 minutes later for only $20. 5/5 recommend. They were fast, nice, and cared about their customers. I have not had a bad experience here and I am one of those 50,000 Frank was referring to on his review. I have been coming here since 1986 and service is OK. Not bad, not great. I never had the bad experiences that the others have had. That being said, This is a place I go to for ONE thing, to get new tires. They are a tire place! They can also do your tires while you are at work. Not bad for 50,000 of us. I just bought a new tire today. I called and to see if they had my tire in stock. They did not but got it in one hour and twenty minutes. I got there two hours latter. They changed and balanced it in 15 minutes and I was out the door. It is what it is. Nice. Might be the most incompetent repair shop on Long Island. And rude to boot. Only reason they are not out of business is because of their proximity to the Hauppauge Industrial Park where 50,000 sad bastards trudge to work every day and some have the misfortune of leaving their car at Roadway for repairs during the workday. Big mistake. They were unable to successfully mount tires on my wheels without scratching every single one. Previously, a radiator they replaced in my car was leaking when I picked it up. I mean, as soon as I started the car, antifreeze was streaming out. I wonder how it is possible that it wasn't noticed when they were driving it out of the service bay and into the parking lot. They certainly treat your stuff as if they don't give a rats ass. Avoid this dump at all costs. read more

My car broke down on my way home. I had to park my car in the gas station overnight. Left my keys in the car and found Roadway Tire randomly. They were a lifesaver. My car was towed to the shop, my alternator was repaired, I paid and picked it up the same day and never even saw the people who worked on it. Two weeks later my car just died. I called the shop at 5:58 PM just when it was about to close and spoke to someone who kept the shop open until I got there half an hour later. They repaired my car and sent me on my way. From the customer service person on the phone, to Tony who worked on my car, and even the young men in the shop, everyone was so generous and kind. I highly recommend Roadway Tire. read more

Listen, we never like taking our car in for repairs, that check engine light is so scary. BUT in my years of dealing with Roadway, I've never felt they did more than they needed to, they always call me first to get my approval on the repairs and they often show me the parts they replaced and show me what was wrong with it. This week I had a local mechanic by my house get stumped on my car's repair needs. Roadway figured it out and fixed it in hours. They'll get your car in and out same day and can often drop you off at work if you work in the industrial park. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is terrible!! Brought my car in for an inspection & they claimed to have replaced several light bulbs without asking. Of course charged a crazy inflated price but then couldn't even tell me which ones. If FIVE light bulbs were out in my car I would have known it. read more
