Unfortunately, they don't sell parts at Home Depot so we had to suffer without air. We called around 8 pm thinking we were going to get an answering service but Joe (the owner) picked up the phone. We explained what happened and set up a time for 11 am the next day. I got a call from Joe the morning asking if he could come by earlier because it was supposed to rain in the afternoon and if it rained, he wouldn't be able to work on our unit. Of course I told him yes. He's very thorough and explains what needed to be replaced and even gave us a tip on monthly maintenance so that our unit will last longer. Our air is now working and we are extremely happy! Give Joe a call if your air goes out. You won't regret it and you will also be supporting a small local business!

I called several AC companies and none got back to me…read more These folks got back to me within the same day, and sent someone to inspect the attic within 24 hours. They told me the inspector would be there between 9AM - 12PM. He was there at 9:01AM. He let me know that my ducts were BUSTED. Like really bad. Gaps everywhere, broken stuff. The "Miami special" he called it. Showed me videos of all the issues to verify what he was saying. Although at first I thought the quote they gave me was a bit on the higher end, after I saw everything they did I've changed my mind and think the quote was honestly very fair. They replaced all the ducts in my attic, hung them (they were lying on the floor before...), replaced all the vents, covered my entire house in plastic, added an air return to a bedroom, picked up all the debris when they were done, and did all that in just like 3-4 hours. Honestly these folks are incredible. Shoutout to Amit. Such a friendly and funny guy. He took the time to explain to me all the issues he was seeing and why they mattered. He was the first one in a line of guys to finally explain that the master bedroom was so hot (5+ degrees hotter than rest of the house) because it didn't have a return. Once they installed that it feels like I have a new house. I've never slept better.

Nate King came out the same day I called and gave me a very reasonable estimate for replacing the unit. His crew came out within days and replaced the old unit.
