This was my second call to EZ and the first experience was already questionable but desperate times call for desperate measures. Our AC was acting up over the holiday and we called back the technician Robert that had previously "fixed" our AC. There is no clear cut pricing everyone likes to charge what they feel is fair for the service calls, our technician Robert was friendly but had zero social cues. He continued to push for work to be done that we were not ready for, he wasn't taking no for an answer. Robert was telling myself and my mother in law my husband said yes so he was going to do the work when my husband and I communicated clearly we did not want to proceed with him and to please leave our home. He stayed outside on the phone with the owner of the company and explained I said no but my husband said yes which was not the case at all. Poor communication is one thing but lack of professionalism and pressuring clients to do work that is costing $385 and then he knocks it down to $350 because he has to drive somewhere to pick up the parts? The most confusing conversation and I'm so glad our regular AC guy came by to confirm we were being taken advantage of. I called the main number and reached a guy to explain the situation I believe his name was Eric. He literally laughed when I explained how uncomfortable it was dealing with Robert. 10/10 would NOT recommend, the work is unclear and they talk so much the entire time you'll be left confused and unsure as to what you're even paying for. read more

Do not trust this company....... The owner came to my home charged $1500. he did not do the job I paid him to do. I had to hire another company, they took pictures and showed us, extremely dirty!! The owner is very intelligent and has experience and certifications in HVAC units, he immediately determined the AC company who charges us so much failed to do a thorough cleaning of the main unit which had mold build up which not only was very unhealthy but would result in less time before replacement due to poor maintenance. I highly suggest if he recommends to have the UV light he sells for a fraction of the cost installed to prevent mold from reoccurring. Steven came out and "fixed" my AC. He was not clear in what he was doing and kept saying "I am giving you a deal". He said Freon was $150 a pound for my type of unit. He filled it with Freon & changed a part . Within 4 hours it was hot again. I called another provider and he came out and said the part was either not changed or changed with a used par. Perhaps he is good at vent cleaning but he isn't not good or honest in regards to AC work. Buyer beware . read more

I was a little reluctant about having this company fix my partners A/C due to the lack of reviews, but I'm so happy that I took a chance on them. Erik was able to fix the A/C in about 5 minutes. He was honest, he showed up on time and had excellent communication skills. He showed me what was working and what was not working and explained the cost upfront. I had a bad leak and previous ac technicians had come to "clean" my ac but the ac would leak again after a couple of weeks. Eric cleaned my ac differently from the previous technicians and he did a thorough job. I know this time it has been a success. I saw all the gunk and slime come out of my ac. Finally! I have a leak less ac! Thank you guys! Also, the price was very good compared to some other people I had requested a quote from. He charged me $75.
