I was referred to Raymond for an outlet for my water softener and he provided more than just the service. I had a few other issues and wants in the house and he took a look at them and gave me his two cents and quote (all reasonable IMO). His Instagram portfolio is incredible and it helps that he's personable and entertaining when he works too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and have plans on having him come back to fix things that other electricians weren't capable of doing but did a half a** job at. Lesson learned: should've called Raymond first. PS: he's got referrals in his pocket for your other needs too. I figured after working with him for 8 years, in my home and at work was worth trying to overlook a misunderstanding. His response was that he would do the work I ate half the cost of his guys labor, no apology or recognition that he dropped the ball.
