Owner was not too friendly and tried to up charge me over 1-2 additional ft of electrical wiring ($500 more). I decided to refuse the service without a smile and was told to pay a$95 fee for coming down. I said "I'll pay but I don't want your service." He then said no need to pay the $95 fee and said no one will do my work for his original quoted price. I called licensed electrician: Ken Electrical, Inc. and he quoted me 1/3 of the price and he came back to check everything was ok for free. My front doorbell security camera died a month ago and I finally made the time to have it checked out-- meaning was there something wrong with the wires or was the actual front doorbell camera dead? Ben and his team member came over the same day and checked the transformer, and found out the transformer was not only dead but the wrong type. They quickly installed a new transformer and we discovered that the front doorbell was actually also dead. He recommended a different brand (Ring) and said that he would install it at no additional charge if I picked one up. And he was absolutely a man of his word!
