I have dealt with All Shore Appliances for 12 years but more specifically I have dealt with Kim who is amongst the most erudite sales people I know. My washer dryer broke this week. Am my Appliance Repair man informed me that I needed a new dryer. I called Kim explain the problem. She asked for the model of my previous dryer and specifications. And then suggested what she felt was the most reliable dryer for my price and space I trust Kim without any reservations . The next day, my dryer was delivered and much to my surprise the two installers took apart all the venting and cleaned it thoroughly . This was not just an iinstallation . These were people that truly cared that the machine functioned properly and spent the extra time cleaning the entire vent system without asking for an extra penny I highly recommend this appliance store without any reservations. I specifically would ask for Kim because she is incredibly knowledgeable and I extol the installers whose names unfortunately I forgot Highly recommended without any reservations. read more

I have used All Shore Appliances for 12 years. With my first dishwasher it seemed to be a lemon and they helped me replace it under warranty. I have ordered ather appliances including refrigerator, microwave and oven from them and they always beat the best prices. I recently purchased a new dishwasher and their installer was incredible. He installed it tested it and when the drain wasn't working properly he uninstalled it tested it multiple ways and then diagnosed an issue with the pipe not the dishwasher. He was able to fix it and explained everything a long the way. I will continue to purchase my appliances from All Shore Appliances. read more

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I chose to purchase local, what a mistake. Would not honor the extended warrenty because the dishwasher was "installed improperly" by their service people. Sometimes I don't want to comb through the interweb to look for the best price, and compare, comb through countless reviews, then look for rebates, Ebates, and deals. I need to someone listen to what I need, give me a fair price then deliver. I walked into All Shore Appliance on a Sunday afternoon. Anthony asked me some questions and made a few suggestions. We looked directly online for the best price then he took off a sizeable chunk off that and within 20 the transaction was done. The units were scheduled to be delivered the next day, but something happened with the delivery schedule. I called on a Saturday and the woman on the phone sounded like she did not care one little bit. But, hey, I called to see if they were open and they were. I went and I was greeted.by a salesman who's first question was do I want him to wear a mask too. Why ask! I was out of there in a couple of minutes. I wanted to love this local store, but with everything going on in the world I found it insulting that a salesman named Larry decided rather then just putting on a mask he needed to ask my wife if she was comfortable with him not wearing one. THEN we get to hear that he has been vaccinated. It doesnt matter if I am pro or anti vax and it doesnt matter if the vax even works. What is annoying is being put on the spot by a salesman. All is good with All Shore until you have a problem . . . then you receive the rudest service you may ever experience. I bought a $1,200 electric dryer that couldn't dry 3 bath towels in 2 1/2 hours. When I asked why, I was told I have the wrong washer machine. I asked them to take back the dryer and was willing to pay the 25% restocking fee. The owner told me "no we will never take it back, you knew what you were buying" and he told me not to call again. As noted in other negative reviews on Yelp, they don't seem to care, they avoid your calls and they are belligerent in dealing with customers. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before I bought the dryer, I would be a lot happier today. My advice is to try another Appliance Store and save yourself a lot of aggravation. read more

Do NOT buy anything from them! They first give you a decent price but sell you defective appliances as if it's brand new and then when you complain they insist you use the warranty to repair them and this way charge you full price for a brand new appliance that they probably bought for nothing because it was defective!!!! Beware of awful customer service. They sold me an expensive Italian oven and have failed to resolve an issue with the broken glass insert in the door. I am unable to use the oven and they tell me the part has to come from Italy. Their supplier is out of stock. When I asked if they would find another supplier, I was told they don't do that. I am in my 3rd week of this issue without being able to use my oven. This place has awful customer service. I will never buy another appliance from them again. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I've used them before and had no problem. First I gave measurements to Anthony, who never got back to me. Then I went in the store and met with Larry who helped me immediately. He had me pay in full Wed because install was to be Friday. Here we are a week later and it's not installed. I've had to call every day to get install scheduled. I understand rain delays, I understand the unit was busted after opening the box and they needed to rebook and replace. Today, 10 days after I paid in full I walked into the store to reschedule, because once again, they didn't call me to do so. I was treated as if I was being unreasonable. When he said he doesn't care if (someone's) Jewish, because Saturday is not a good install day, we parted ways. read more

All Shore Appliance is a shady business with deceptive tactics. They will give you a discount and sell defective appliances that will break down within months. I spent roughly $16,000 at this clown show establishment and thought I received a good deal. When my refrigerator and stove experienced issues shortly after delivery Larry and Anthony did nothing to help. Returning emails and phone calls was difficult for them apparently. Larry transformed from Mr. Nice Guy during the sale process to a completely rude asshole once he had your money. He is an emotionally disturbed individual at best. Anthony will pretend he cares and seems to be a reasonable business person but will do nothing to actually be helpful- for example, paying a little extra to have overseas parts air freighted in weeks versus waiting 4 months for a shipping container to arrive so you can start using your very expensive (but defective) appliance. The "customer service" lady (Laura?) is rude and dismissive. She seems to hate her job and I wouldn't blame her given her 2 idiot bosses. Still, it sucks dealing with her as the "face" of the company (she usually answers the phone). I can go on but you all get the idea. Sometimes a "discount" is not worth the headache and can be more expensive time wise and financially in the end. Go to a real appliance store, you won't regret it. read more

Larry is a disaster. As others have said, he will say and do anything for the sale, but not follow through. It's as if he was offended by a minor issue I was having. Larry said he was the owner, but I doubt it. I came into the store and spoke to Anthony, who acts like an owner and his business card actually says owner on it. Anthony actually listened to me and seemed to generally care. Anthony did say Larry is a great guy and explained there must have been some sort of miscommunication. Personally I think Anthony just knows what it is to be an owner. I'd give Anthony 5 stars and Larry 0 if I could, so I'll average it out to three stars. Larry was really good with me until the appliances were delivered. During the order, he promised that I would get a rebate which he would process. But when I tried to reach him several times to follow up on this rebate, he dodged me. Apparently, he forgot to process my rebate application and no courtesy of returning my calls. Very rude. When I had problem with one of the appliances, he was not even ready to listen to the details. Prior to sale, he boasted that he would be the first person to show up at the customer's house in case of any problem. It has been more than a year. Still no response from him. After 15 years, our Miele dishwasher (which had served us well, save one small repair years earlier) stopped and I had to concede that the cost of repairing it made no sense. I had heard good things about All Shore Appliance and prefer to shop locally if possible, so off me and my husband went. We were immediately greeted by Anthony, who asked what we were looking for. Since we have a custom panel, he asked for our model number (we came prepared) and checked to see what might be compatible. As it turned out, even a new Miele would require some retrofitting. We were open to other brands, and decided on a Bosch. Anthony told us that he would be sending someone to look at and measure our set-up to make sure what we selected would work with our panel, and the very next day someone came and did just that. It turned out that what we chose wouldn't be a good fit, but that another, slightly higher-priced model would be -- and Anthony honored the price of our original pick. Not only that, but from the get-go he told us that whatever we chose he would match the lowest internet price (of dealers who sold and installed in the area, including big box stores) -- and he did just that. Even though the what we ended up with was not an in-stock item, we were told that installation would take place the next day. We didn't even expect that; I mean, who would? Anyway, I love our new dishwasher (I never really liked that Miele) and am so happy that we went to All Shore. Our washer died and we decided to try this local store. Anthony was terrific and gave us info on a few brands. Once we decided on Electrolux, he recommended the middle level models for both the washer and dryer because the extra features in the top of the line models wasn't worth the extra money. His prices were about the same as the big stores. He delivered and installed them the next day. Very satisfied. And thanks to our repairman Jim from Aladdin Appliance Service who recommended we look at Electrolux. read more

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with All Shore Appliance. I purchased an Aussie grill, a Danby ice maker, a GE double oven and 2 Liebehhr side by side refrigerators. The ice maker which they installed stopped working within the first year, and although I was within the first year warranty, I was told " we can't fix it". Larry, who had promised he would be at my house with any problem ( he worked so close to my house)! Found a reason he wouldn't take my calls at this time. I gave up quickly and miraculously, my partner fixed the ice maker and it worked for a couple of years. Around the second time it stopped working , my Aussie commercial grade grill wouldn't turn on so I called Larry who said he would come over for a service call for 125 dollars. I agreed. The first time I paid this, no one showed up. I called back and asked for a refund because they didn't show up at the scheduled appointment date. A week later, I called again asking for them to come to see what was up with my grill- I asked to pay by check ( as I do with all other service people )!!! Since they had charged me and not shown up but they would not agree. I paid in advance and Larry came over at the right time. Here is where my story gets interesting. While Larry was over I asked him to look at my Liebehhr, because the ice was a block in the freezer. I also told him an alarm was going off sometimes so he started pushing buttons the the control panel at the top. Later, I tried to shut off the freezer where the ice was a block. He admitted he had locked my control panel so he would now have to figure out how to unlock it and let me know. After this day, he never called me back and then Referred me to liebehhr service center. The worst part though, was that when I asked how to get my ice maker melted and working- he suggested I take something sharp and chip away at the ice or else he would think about it. When I called him back and said "Larry, we just have to shut off the freezer in that side" he said "oh" because he knew he locked my control panel and didn't want to deal with turning it back on so I could shut off the freezer. The next time I called to at least get the Liebehhr service number he first pretended not to be there ( as he always does) and then when I asked his assistant Laura how to find the serial number for Liebehhr- he got on the phone and started yelling that they don't want to deal with me. Larry is an unethical, dishonest person who will pretend he will help you out if you buy from him when problems occur ( which with those products they will)!!! In actuality, he will become angry, insulting and unhelpful when you actually ask any questions. Anthony is the only honest person there, but Larry seems to run the show. Do not buy anything from All Shore Appliance's!! P.S. when I called Liebehhr US service center ( after finding my manual) , they were VERY helpful and it was very easy to get my control panel working! :)) read more

We try to shop locally when we can, especially when they can match a competitor's price. But we're sorry, we absolutely cannot recommend this business. This is in light of bad experiences by my nephew, my sister, my son and by us. Our nephew had to go several days without a dishwasher due to screw-ups with the delivery date and a defective unit; sister had to have the discontinued new dishwasher unit replaced by the manufacturer after flooding (Larry washed his hands of the matter, so she had to deal with the manufacturer directly); son finally switched to PC Richard after 2 tries at a delivery date that they (ASA) screwed up after waiting most of the day on day off, both times; and with us they (1.) delivered the wrong microwave under-counter unit (after we checked it out) and had to have it re-installed, and (2.) Larry essentially again washed his hands of performance problems with a $5k gas wall oven (that's 300 lbs.) when it kept screwing up with the temperature control...got mad at me and told me to deal with the manufacturer in California. That one took over a year between us and the manufacturer to resolve. Sorry, but there were too many screw-ups by NSA for us to recommend them. Go to PC Richard instead. At least they won't leave you high and dry if problems crop up. read more

I moved to town 2 months ago and we needed to get a new dishwasher. I emailed a bit with Anthony, who responded very quickly, but didn't have a chance to meet him in person (yet!) I did work with his partner Larry, who was a doll and incredibly knowledgable about everything he showed me. He knew how to explain all additional key features, what you would look at to compare different models and he was fun to hang out with while I was there. He made me wish I could give him even more business! I ended up getting a beautiful Electrolux dishwasher and they are helping me get it installed in 2 days!! Such a refreshing experience to work with someone so knowledgable and personable. Eventually we'll need new washer and dryer and you bet I am happily coming right back to All Shore! My new dishwasher that I purchased thru All Shore Appliance was not working properly. One call to All Shore Appliance, and they made all the arrangements with the manufacturer to send a service technician to my home to troubleshoot the problem. The dishwasher was under warranty, and I was pleased that All Shore Appliance didn't ask me to dig out any of my paperwork. They just needed the model number of my dishwasher and they handled the rest! Excellent customer service! Why go to a big box store when you can get personalized service on Main St? Don't step into this store. Larry, one of the owners is a horrifying person. When we first went to the store he was nice and said anything he needed to say to make business. He gave us some rebates and we purchased appliances for over $ 7,000 from him. His service after the purchase was terrible. When we went in for another purchase and asked him for a reduced price because we had found the product online for a lower price, he started out of nowhere yelling at me ( a woman! ) telling me I should go buy it online and get out of the store, he came very close to me and was pointing with his finger at me in the most horrific way possible. He called me and my husband "bastards", "penny pinching bastards" several times. He kept coming very close, yelling louder and louder. I was terrified, I called my husband immediately so he could hear all of that yelling and swearing and then walked out. I was extremely upset about how he treated me, I was shaking and scared.
