Edgar arrived on time at my house and took all the necessary measurements, but it felt rushed like he clearly had somewhere to be. When he was finished measuring, I asked about color options and he directed me to go to their store which I thought was really lame that he didn't have any samples to show me, didn't offer me to check out their website and did not give me a business card. The whole thing felt rushed and unprofessional. Edgar told me he'd have a quote by end of day emailed to me. That was two days ago, still haven't received that quote. These guys never had any intention on doing any work for us, and have made it perfectly clear that they don't need our business, so one of their competitors (close to their Northridge store ;) ) is getting our business instead. Would not meet in person again to verify the number. I am a fire survivor from Eaton fire and just got done getting approved plans by the County, my property size and measurements are all official records. But according to this company my land grew by 20% and they demanded 60% more money. After that the fence fell over didn't even stay in place. According to Trenton the feedback is that their fence is not a brick wall, can't stand up to strong wind. (Although all my neighbors fence stayed in place just fine). Would not refund my money after picking up the inadequately poor quality fence.
