If there's no AC or music, call the company and ask how to resolve the problem. Had I known we would have disconnected our power and turned on their generator. The first driver we got was amazing, the one we got this time was lacking. They were late to pick up the trailer and when I called the driver back he said he'd been released for the night and to call the owner. Luckily the problem was resolved quickly and a different driver came to pick up the trailer. Lastly, the toilet in the ladies room was leaking. I do like their service and I do recommend them but next time I know what to watch out for.
