I wish to elaborate on the reasons for my delayed return and seek a clear path forward. My initial understanding regarding the modification of my existing bridge was that a specific section would be carefully excised and subsequently reattached as part of the restorative process. However, during a recent visit, the piece intended for reattachment was, to my dismay, inadvertently discarded. This development has left me with the remaining abutment from the original bridge, which was not the anticipated outcome and raises questions about the continuity of the planned procedure. Furthermore, I have had recurring discussions with your dental assistants concerning the four lower anterior teeth. It has been repeatedly suggested that these teeth require extraction. It is important to note that these teeth have exhibited signs of deterioration and cavities along the gum line since the commencement of my treatment. My primary concern stems from the proposed fabrication of a denture; I find myself perplexed as to the rationale of proceeding with such a prosthetic appliance if it is intended to incorporate teeth that are already compromised and require future removal. This approach appears counterproductive to achieving a durable and healthy long-term solution. Given these discrepancies and the apparent shift in the treatment plan, I am struggling to maintain confidence in the current trajectory of my dental care. I respectfully request an urgent meeting to comprehensively review my case, clarify the definitive treatment plan, and address the inconsistencies I have outlined. My goal is to achieve a satisfactory and properly executed dental restoration. I went to this dentist for years based on a coworker's recommendation and I regret staying with them for so long. I recently switched to a different dentist and I don't know why I waited so long. I don't have to wait months for an appointment anymore. In addition, I no longer have to deal with unprofessional hygienists that make you wait and then talk through your cleaning. Don't get me started on their shady upsells and billing practices. I always paid a deductible for my preventative cleaning and I recently discovered that was not right. Good riddance! read more

I have been a patient for a long time. My teeth present many challenges. I had a bunch of implants that broke. Even though the manufacture said that was impossible to break them, Dr. Abiding sent proof. So through a few hours of surgery, we are set to try again. I'm sorry to see any negative reviews, because my entire family comes here for all our dental needs and we've never had any problems - including my autistic son. We've been coming to Dr. Abedini since 2005. I've done Invisalign, implants, root canals, crowns, regular cleanings. The staff has always worked to get our insurance to approve our treatments, and they've helped us apply for Care Credit as well. Dr. Abedini himself has called and fought for me to get services from Invisalign when they waivered on a re-treat issue. I've never been cheated on a price quoted. I've always had good chairside experiences, and the front office staff is awesome. I'm not the easiest patient. I have chronic health issues that require special accommodations. Once, Dr. Abedini and Lani filled a cavity that I had, with all the room lights off, just using the exam light, because I came to the office with the start of a migraine. That's not something everyone would do. Everyone is different and has different expectations, but I highly recommend All Smiles Dental. They really do care. read more

Love Dr. Abedini and all of the staff here. I've been going to them for a couple of years now and they helped me get my gum health under control within a year. The office is clean, with a lot of updated tech, and they had air purifiers going in every nook. They are transparent and great about communicating reasons for things, insurance stuff, etc. I never once felt like they were pushing or up-selling services that weren't necessary for my health. I don't understand the bad reviews I've read - the team here actually cares about our health. One time, completely unprompted, they looked into insurance stuff so I would have less to pay out of pocket (successfully!). Highly highly recommend this office, especially if you're unsure because you have health/dental anxiety and fear of being shamed by hygienists or the dentist for your dental history. I am autistic with bad anxiety, but their patience and amazing bedside manner have allowed me to build a relationship with a dentist office for the first time in my life. If you're looking for a clean, professional place that doesn't exacerbate anxiety or care more about money than your health, this is the one! read more

I have been coming to this dentist since 2014 and am always pleased. This is the first dental office where the hygienist never hurts my teeth when cleaning them. And Dr Abedini has removed diseased teeth and installed implants also with no pain. They do not try to upsell you on lots of questionable procedures - just common sense suggestions. Dr.Abedini is very kind, and he talks to me about everything he sees on my x rays. He even asks me questions to make sure I understand what he is saying. The front office staff are wonderful Wanda and Joanne so sweet. They are very professional and omg so organized. He has plenty of staff so that you don't have to wait for him to see you. They made me a crown so quickly, and it honestly has been the best crown ever!! I didn't have to wait 2 weeks. I was so impressed with how efficient and awesome they are! Ohhh, and they used my insurance, and my co pay was so small. I had been to another digital office, and they wanted 1800 for a crown, but Dr.Abedini only charged me 300 for a beautiful, strong porcelain crown . I started with this group under Dr. Trombatore years ago. I thought it odd even before COVID that all of a sudden Dr. Abedini would check me after a cleaning rather than Dr. Trombatore. Then Covid hit, my hygienist left so I saw another one. On my follow-up visit, without any notice, I met a new hygienist yet again and was checked by a Dr. Ahmid. Dr. Ahmid, while very pleasant to speak with, let me know that I needed 2 fillings. He kept asking to see the xrays which were over a year and a half old. I went ahead and booked the appointment for the following week. But then I thought it odd that many times I've moved and seen a "new" dentist, that somehow I always manage to find a new cavity. Over the past 2 years there had always been nudges bout envisalign also which I had already done. I started to feel dubious. I came on Yelp and was grateful to better understand why all the changes and where Dr. Trombatore had gone - to Los Altos Dental. So...I cancelled my appointment with All Smiles and went to see my fav DDS - Dr. Trombatore. After updated xrays to be sure, turns out I did NOT need any cavities dealt with! Sorry but I'm no longer impressed and feel like I was misled probably for profit...and not in the best interest of my enamel! I had been a patient at this office for several years going usually 4 x yr. For cleanings and treatment as needed. The last two years of their service is when it became a problem. Let me start with the issue with his partner (who has since left ) made a Crown for (#14) it was ill fitting. He did do a remake of that one as it was short as well , but it did not fit again. He tried to work on it, but told me to "learn to live with it!" ( Great comment from a professional.) Since we were going to replace the one next to it ( #15) I believed and trusted the gap issue between these two would resolve, but it did not. This dentist Dr. Abedini now making my molar crown (#15) ended up being made too short as well and though he tried to make it fit, it still remain short and a gap to the gum that became infected. Unfortunately, I moved 500 miles away and another dentist made a new one that fit correctly first time placed in my mouth. I requested a refund from Dr. Abedini due to the replacement. Here's where it really went off the rails. He NEVER contacted me on my request! I had to call the office several times to get a status. The office staff told me things like "Oh yeah, he's going to write you a letter" or they overheard him talking to others in the office he was not going to pay me. No direct communication with me what's so ever by this dentist except for hearsay from the office staff. BBB complaint filed and reported to the Dental Board. Unfortunately they can't act in money matters, so I'm out over a this and dollars for a redo and I'm retired. So very unprofessional and rude! Very friendly staff, very clean facility, state of the art equipment, they offer many dental options such as express crowns, veneers, Invisalign, etc. Dr. Gary Trombatore is very personable, knowledge, and takes pride in his profession. I had Invisalign about 2 years ago and had a great experience from start to finish. They take the time to walk you through the process by explaining step by step and making sure you feel comfortable and informed. I continue to see Dr. Trombatore for regular cleanings every 6 months. I can't say enough great , amazing things about Dr Hamid and his two assistance Caitlin and Rita. And all the ladies up front and the dental hygienist he is amazing also. Let me start by saying I have more fear of a dental appointment then I do surgery. And I've had a few. This office makes you feel so comfortable and so relaxed. Dr. Hamid does step-by-step for me. And also I am terrified of needles he will go in and just numb a little bit so that when he hast to go deeper you do not feel it. Up date 3/2/21 I AM SEEING A BOARD CERTIFIED Orthodontist who said this dentist does not know what he is doing and I need to repot him. The invisiline he made me spend $4880 out of POCKET for and that he refused to give me for a year will not work and was a waste of money!! I am going to sue these people!! They charged my credit card wrong and I was billed an extra $357 for interest alone and it took 2 months 12 calls and 3 hours of my time on the phone with the credit card company to fix. Completely ridiculous!! Now they have charged my insurance company for 3 visits for my son that he never had that's fraud!! All I wanted is my money back now I have to take them to court to get back the $1000 they over charged and $3000 for work I never received and $4000 for the product they refused to give me even though they were paid for it. I also have to contact the insurance company so they can get their money back because they were fraudulently charged I find out they didn't check my insurance benefi like all other dentists do and did work where I paid my half of $500 up front and now want me to pay the other $500 when I could have waited 2 weeks and my insurance would have reset and covered all costs. They also didn't bother to tell me about this extra cost until May when they knew in February and the only reason they mentioned it is because I wanted my money back and wanted to see another dentist. The dentist isn't bad at dentistry but he is in charge of the office and failed to return calls several times and he is the one who refused to give me back my money when I said I was leaving to another office due to their improper billing. I also had a cleaning done where the technician had no clue what she was doing!! She put stuff resting on my face soaked my hair and shirt and caused me pain. I did complain and asked to never have her work on me again. My son also said he had a terrible technician who caused him pain and he asked me never to take him back to that office again. Even after all of this they won't give me money so my son can finish his treatment somewhere else and they have charged the insurance fraudulently so the insurance funds will be on hold until it's figured out. I've already had 3 visits and enjoyed every single visit! I've had so many bad experiences with dentists in the past that my dental priorities haven't been a priority. The office is clean and inviting. The ladies at the front are amazing. They're always smiling and saying "Hi." Adriana knows just about everyone's name; which is an impressive skill. If you make an appointment and actually show up on time, there's almost no waiting. The most I had to wait was 5 minutes. Yao was my hygienist and is super amazing. She explained the process, goes over every detail to make sure I understood everything, and genuinely cared. She wasn't pushy and seriously understood any anxiety I was feeling. Dr. Abedini was my dentist, and he was honest, gave me options, and was funny. He too explained the process and helped me understand what was going on. It helped calm my nerves a lot. I've only been here twice but so far they have exceeded my expectations. Walk in the main glass doors and you are welcomed by a group of office staff as welcoming as ever. I came In for a consultation/cleaning so I got brought back to the room by a very educated and experienced young man who was great at his job. Then the doctor came In And was very personable. I got recommended by my father so I said my name, he recognized the unique last name and inquired about him. It really says alot about him and this place in general. They care about their clients and make them feel part of their family. And that's exactly how I felt. The second doctor was just as friendly and accommodating and was really good at his craft as well.. he was the The one who fixed my chipped tooth and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.. and he did an excellent job and making it look like nothing ever happened.... Dr. Trombatori is wonderful. He is always cheery, welcoming, fast and does a great job. However, I am mostly writing to say how wonderful one of the hygienists were, Lisa. Lisa was honestly the nicest woman. I really do not like the cleanings (sounds, scraping, polishing, etc.). I told Lisa that and I had also just had 2 cavities filled the hour before my cleaning so I was a little numb. Lisa was so gentle and so diligent and again, just so nice. The low grade is not for the dentist it is for the group.The dentist is very good however I chose a plan for $31/month that covers 4 cleanings for the year and 20% discount on other services. When I called to get a refund for the past several months, as the office has been closed due to COVID, or have the money I've been paying applied to another service they refuse. They keep telling me it's not their fault and I keep telling them it's not about fault it's about the fact that I've been paying for a service they couldn't perform. Also they want $1400 for a deep cleaning and that includes the 20% discount. I've never heard of such a price for that service! read more

I believe it is important to take the time to share any exceptional experience you have. I had a root canal (done years ago) that had cracked and an infection formed under it. I was in so so much pain & Dr Abedini and his staff helped me so much. They didn't just fix my tooth issue, they helped me deal with the pain and the process. Well let me with a little info about me to better understand what I'm trying to say about DR. ABEDINI. I am a mechanic and have been working on Mercedes for 36 years, 25 of that at dealership's and currently 11 at a independent, and in all of that time I've worked with maybe 140 techs. Now many of them were fair to good, and always a couple you wouldn't want to have them work on your car, but I think out of all of them I can think of only 3 that were amazing. I mean no matter how difficult the job was they could breeze through it and finish it with little to no stress, its just what they were meant to do. Well thats I've found with Dr. Abedini, I've been to many different dentists in my life and have had ALOT of work thanks to my poor habits and he is the best I have come across . He will explain anything I ask and talk to me like a friend and not a patient. I can't say enough about my experiences here and would recommend him to anyone, I first went to them because I was pricing a very large dental procedure and they were by far the best price and one of the most modern and clean office. read more
