Came back for my semiannual teeth cleaning and my experience this time was not exactly the greatest. Besides the usual X-rays and small talk with the assistant, it was about an hour and 15 minutes from arriving at my time slot to when the dentist/dental hygienist begin cleaning my teeth. That's a pretty long time considering I had an appointment but it's all good. The issue I had was with the cleaning itself. I'm not even exaggerating when I say the entire teeth cleaning process took roughly around 12 minutes. This includes polishing, the cleaning itself, AND fluoride treatment. The teeth cleaning itself was probably like 7-8 minutes tops. Now I'm not an expert when it comes to cleaning teeth but I can't imagine you'd clean much in that short amount of time. Not sure if flossing is part of standard teeth cleaning procedures but I didn't get that either. Not too happy with this cleaning as it felt rushed after waiting so long so I probably won't be coming back. At least the staff were nice. read more

Avoid this dental office. My daughter came here for a new tooth implant. They gave her all the information with expected dates of when each phase would occur. They took her money (over $4500) very quickly. Soon after they would call her the morning of her appointment to reschedule. Always some excuse. Here we are several months into it. The tooth is completely healed and again this morning they called to just cancel with no explanation. They don't care that she took time off in advance for this appointment. Now she has to wait 4 to 6 more weeks for the next opening to get my tooth. Unbelievable! There are plenty of reputable dentist around. avoid this place!!! read more

This has been the worst dental experience of my life. I was charged by Summerview Dental Care and Dr. Sylvia Carlos for dental work that was never done. They charged me $900 for a crown that was never done on April 24th. I called repeatedly to get my refund and was met with empty promises, constant delays, and outright disregard. Weeks turned into months, and every time I was told, "We'll take care of it," nothing happened. My concerns were dismissed and I was treated like I didn't matter. It is now August and I STILL have not received my refund. The way this office operates is heartless. They had no problem taking my money immediately, but when it came time to do the right thing and return it, they stalled, avoided me, and acted like it was no big deal. That's not just unprofessional, it's unethical. If you value honesty, integrity, and basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs. They were incredibly helpful, very flexible. I had to change the initial appointment and decided to change the location. Also and there was no problems with that. When I got to the office. They were very nice and accommodating, and the doctor explained to me in detail all of my options. After that, finance came and talked to me at length and I definitely felt. Smile in ur face and do whatever they want, I cried as was so upset,,, trust completely broken, I'm paying 475 00 a month which is very hard for me on limited income then I get another new bill for 1500,00 ( unexpected ) and as iscussion to implant the bottom denture as well with an offer for 5000 deferred May of 2024. Well instead I get that bill like in December, 2023, I'mi. Ovid. They are not pleasing me with their temporary all on 4 dentures so far. Crooked teeth. Improper fit u name it.
