I love this practice!! Dr. Zahiri is an awesome dentist and her staff is great too. It's clear they truly care about their patients.

The entire staff from the amazing ladies in the front office , back office , and Dentist are truly the best. The entire staff makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I take my teenage daughters for all their dental needs and the staff is always willing to work with me so I can schedule my 2 daughters visits the same day. The dental hygienist and Dentist both take the time to educate my girls in dental care and do not try to cross sell unnecessary things. It's been so hard to find a dental office that doesn't make you feel uncomfortable by cross selling , ripping you off , and one who has a gentle hand while working in your mouth. I have lived in many different places around the world, and changed many dentists in my life time (Greece, California, New York, Arizona, etc). Speaking from my experience, Dr.Z and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable, polite, caring, and surprisingly on time! I say surprisingly because I've always had to wait at doctors offices, but I honestly cannot recall one time that I had to wait at All Smiles Dentistry. Biggest experiences so far : 1. Wisdom tooth removal (painless, quick, barely swelled up!) 2. Invisalign (was done on time, didn't have to remove any teeth, although it was recommended by other dentists, and the results are amazing) I would definitely recommend them! read more

I hadn't seen a dentist in two years. My prior dentist moved to another state and I was nervous about trying someone new. I did a lot of research and decided to give All Smiles Dentistry a try. I had my appointment today. I could not be more pleased! From the minute I walked in until the minute I left, it was a genuinely awesome experience. I was warmly greeted. The dental assistant was so sweet. My hygienist, Jenny, was thorough and very gentle (note: I have sensitive teeth, many fillings, gum recession, etc.). It was painless and she gave me a lot of advice for more preventative care. The dentist, Dr. Zahiri, is the real deal. Caring, informative, personable, listens, and completely put me at ease. Everything about every process (from billing to treatment) was fully explained to me. The office is super clean, welcoming, smells lovely, and high tech. I am so happy I went to All Smiles. This dentistry was so nice!! Some might think the electronic paperwork is too high tech but it's so much faster and environmental friendly! The whole staff was so nice and really welcoming, they answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and took an extra mile to make sure I understood everything that was explained to me! I went in for my routine dental cleaning last month and saw Jenny. Jenny performed an oral cancer screening and recommended I see my regular physician because she thought my thyroid seemed enlarged. I'm very thankful she was so thorough and noticed the issue so I could address it with my doctor. I've never gone to another dental office that did screenings like this one. I am an ex patient of all smiles I was with them for a year before making the change to a new dentist. I was quoted an ridiculous amount for removing a retainer wire that I cut off myself with some cuticle cutters. Dr. Z would push and push on purchasing invisalign when I inquired on just replacing my retainer wire since I had braces in the past my teeth have shifted a bit over time but invisalign is not needed. She stated she just doesn't believe in the retainer wire which is find but pushing the purchase of invisalign is extreme. What you read about the staff being friendly and personable is all correct in true. You feel comfortable with every person in the staff however, if you are looking for exceptional dental work you will not find it here you are looking at mediocre work. Dr Z seems to be more concerned about keeping up the team image and sharing their team building events than focusing on preventative dental care. The last cleaning I had was unimpressive and was not advised of fillings that need to be replaced and a hole on the back of a tooth that i have felt for years but since there wasn't pain I never brought it up that if i had not caught in time with my new dentist would have lead to a root canal. Now seeing a dentist that truly takes his time to review all your work and not just show up for 10 mins after the dental hygienist finishes their work I can truly compare the difference of a dentist that cares. I for one care for exceptional over mediocre especially when it comes to my teeth. read more

This office deserves SO MUCH RECOGNITION for their top notch service! From the first call, the staff was very friendly and made my visits as accommodating as possible. The staff knows me by name (I've only been to the office twice), and the girls are so friendly during the entire visit. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants and Dr. Z... All of them are so genuine and friendly!! Special shout outs go to Vanessa and Jenny who are so knowledgable and eased my nervousness during my procedures. I went in the first time with a cracked tooth. I was told I needed a root canal. This was my first experience with any dental work other than a cavity filling, so I listened to her recommendations. The root canal was done the same day and a mold for a crown was taken. I went back and had the crown placed. I went back again in pain. I couldn't even close my mouth all the way, let alone chew. She adjusted my crown and took xrays. Not long after that, the crown broke in half. I went back and she placed a new crown. Again, I went back in pain. I couldn't chew on that side of my mouth or bite down all the way. She took xrays ahd adjusted my crown again. Yet again, I went back in pain as I was not even able to eat normally. She was very offended and defensive. She told me there's nothing wrong with my crown and the root canal was "perfect". Her exact words. I dealt with the pain several months longer. I finally gave in and went to another dentist. My gums around the root canal were inflamed, swollen, and painful to the touch and my bite was so far off I couldn't bite through foods with my front teeth. After several xrays, both the new dentist and the endodontist agreed that a drill bit had been broken off in the root of my tooth when the root canal was performed. I was put on antibiotics, pain medication and steroids for the swelling and I was asked if I had gone to Mexico to have my dental work done. I was told there was no way to remove the drill bit - drilling a drill bit with a drill bit would do no good; and because it was my back tooth, it would be too risky to go down under the tooth to try and remove it. So along with what I paid her for my root canal and crown to begin with, I was now stuck with a bill for a tooth extraction, a bone graft, an implant, and another new crown. $5600 to fix someone else's mistake that she wouldn't even admit to is unacceptable. The time missed from work and the months spent in pain and fixing her malpractice is unacceptable. The fact that it was done so poorly that I was asked if it was done in Mexico is unacctable. Her actions are malpractice are wrong. Her office staff is great and make you feel important and welcome, but do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. She cannot admit to or fix her mistakes and it will cost you big in the long run. read more

Dr. Zahiri is an excellent dentist who completes the work in a gentle and expeditious way. Her staff is efficient, versatile and fun. They like and respect Dr. Zahiri. Naturally, she wants to insure they make a good living and advance in their careers. Dr. Zahiri is there three days a week, but I'm sure she will be on site more if there is an increase in clientele. I LOVE going to the dentist. However I haven't had great experiences with many offices. So I consider to have very high standards in what I look for in a dental office. I had my first dental visit with Dr.Z 11/5/15. Both of the front office ladies Jody and Mayra (sorry if I spelled any names wrong) were very helpful in the process. The "paperwork" that is usually filled out was given to me on an IPAD which means they have the latest technology to help run this very efficient office. My DA was Jeanette and she was AMAZING! And don't get me started on Jenny (Dental Hygienist) she is so knowledgeable & lastly Dr.Z she was genuinely friendly and approachable along with staff. I raved to her about how amazing her staff was. The office was beyond clean and it didn't hurt that I was able to watch Netflix while I was waiting for my teeth to be whitened. If I could give 10 stars I would! I was on vacation and needed to find a dentist that could resolve my tooth pain. But I was leaving in 2 days to fly back home.I was very impressed with my initial call to the office, and even more impressed at their immediate response to my needs. I initially had 2 crowns done. But because the pain continued, I was back in the second day for a root canal. They did absolutely everything to make my visits as comfortable as possible. Usually when crowns are needed, you get a temporary for a week to 10 day, but because I was flying back home in 2 days they were able to rush order my crowns in 1 day. Dr Z was very professional and had excellent chair-side manner. Since I had never had a root canal before she explained each step to me which made me feel much more at ease. Wow! Can I just say be very cautious about insurance fraud with this dentist. We went to the same dentist for over 20 years and only switched to this one because our old dentist passed away at a young age in an accident. We looked at YELP and saw no issues. However, when we went, we were charged 100% or over $2700 for services rendered when we gave them our Cigna dental insurance information. After we got our EOB (explanation of benefits) from Cigna we ended up only owing about $300. The dentist said that they would just keep the money charged on our 2016 FSA card for work they knew they would not be completing until 2017. We indicated that, that would not be acceptable per FSA rules. The also claimed that Cigna pays low and we just needed to pay the difference, even though they were an in network provider. We tried to show them the EOB, where it clearly states that there are contracted amounts. They stated that Cigna is an insurance company, not a dentist and they didn't really know what work needed to be done and that Cigna just pays low. We are in the process of filing complaints to get our overpayment refunded from this office with The Dental Association and The American Dental Association as well as filing a complaint with our insurance company in hopes of having this dentist removed from their approved in network providers. What a shame when an ounce of professionalism could have gone such a long way. read more

Yelp needs more stars than 5 ! This place is absolutlely amazing. I have just been through a 3 and 1/2 year nightmare of getting dental implants. Nothing turned out right and within 6 months I was looking for another Dentist. My jaw was in constant pain and I felt like I had a vise on it. I finally said I would look for a woman, and I am so glad I did.. Dr Z and her staff are like no other I have ever seen. What I needed was what her mom just got....she told me that she wouldn't do any thing she wouldn't do for her mom....and she did. The vise and pain is gone and my teeth are beautiful. I also have to give kudos to Jennette, what an angel and beautiful person. A tooth broke off, and with having a fear of driving....She acually drove me to the lab in Tempe.....You just don't hear or see that kindness.....The patients are top priority here and everyone is kind and attentive. I am so happy I went here and best yet....I can drive there. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! read more
