I arrived with so many nerves, but left there feeling so happy and grateful that I found Dr. Catalina and her staff. The staff are professional, helpful and follow all protocols to protect their patients health and safety. I come from a family background of folks in the medical field and know proper protocols for patient health and noticed each individual make the proper decisions to follow health safety and sanitation guidelines. I was impressed at how they handled each task and how Dr. Catalina herself made me feel at ease, confident and comfortable in the chair. I couldn't believe it, but yes.. now I regularly attend dental appointments and know that when I step into her office, I will be taken care of and welcomed. I feel transformed and love by Dr. Catalina and her staff. From the All-Knowing Receptionist to the Hygienist to the Boss and everyone in between! My experience with Dental Depot has been awful from day one. I had immediate dentures made using a…read more3D image instead of a traditional mold, and they never fit properly from the start. After months of appointments, we were finally getting close to something workable when a technician cracked my dentures. I was then told by the doctor that I would need to start completely over with a new top denture. Throughout this process, the staff showed very little empathy. On more than one occasion when I called or came in, I was asked, "What seems to be the problem now?"--which made me feel like a burden rather than a patient. For six months, I returned every three weeks for adjustments to a wax mold. Each time, I explained that the dentures were uncomfortable, yet when they came back, the issues were never corrected. When the fit slightly improved, the teeth still protruded too far, giving me a buck-toothed appearance where my bottom lip would tuck underneath them. I repeatedly pointed this out, but it was never properly addressed. At what I thought would be my final wax fitting, they instead presented a finished product that still did not fit correctly. While the suction had improved, the appearance and comfort were unacceptable. The doctor even told me to take them home and "try them out." I explained that if they did not fit properly in the office, they would not fit at home, and I declined. The doctor initially offered to restart the process, but then the office manager stepped in and said they could issue a refund and refer me to a specialist--only if they took the dentures back. After everything, I left feeling frustrated and defeated. About a week later, I called to restart the process and scheduled a new appointment. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been canceled--without any proper notice--and that they would be keeping my $2,000, letting me keep my broken dentures, and referring me elsewhere. I never received a call about this, only a text confirming the appointment. As a result, I am currently stuck using cracked dentures. I am afraid to eat with them, so I remove them and stick to soft foods. I only wear them in public. This has been a degrading and deeply emotional experience. Having your teeth removed is already difficult enough, and I was made to feel like it was insignificant. There was one technician who was kind, and I wish her the best. Unfortunately, the overall experience has been life-changing in the worst way. I do not recommend this location. I plan to contact corporate to file a complaint in hopes of getting a refund so I can afford dentures that actually fit and function properly. I sincerely hope they improve their quality of care so no one else has to go through what I have experienced.

Thought I just got something stuck in my cap. Nope I had a fracture in the root. So har to have my tooth pulled. This was part of a bridge so she had to cut the bridge and pull the molar. I put some headphones on and she was very gentle ( yeah I know still getting a tooth pulled) with it but before I knew it we were done. For context I avoided the dentist at all costs for nearly 25 years due to a pretty rough experience I had as a child which created a bit of a severe phobia (the kind where you seriously consider pulling your own teeth instead of going to the dentist). Like you'd expect my teeth became an issue that couldn't be ignored anymore and I began looking for a dentist. I stumbled across all west family dentistry and took a chance that has turned out to be an excellent choice. They have been incredibly patient and supportive all the way through & I could not have gone from being too afraid to sit in the chair to successfully getting a tooth extracted without their superb quality of care. From reception, to the hygienists, dental assistants, and the dentists themselves this place is great. I'd like to thank Dr Aguilar, his assistants one I believe is named Erica, the other who helped with my extraction I cant remember her name but she was very kind and helpful. The ladies at reception especially Heather are top tier, they have wonderful communication and help create an environment that makes someone in my position feel more comfortable. The front and back office staff are A M A Z I N G. Super friendly & patient. The office exam rooms, waiting room and bathrooms are clean. Each exam room has a screen in which you can enjoy your fav Netflix series while getting dental work done. The dental chairs have back massagers and you are given headphones to help zone out the noises that come with getting dental work. Really felt like a spa treatment more than dental work.
